This Yurveda considers the three as the main ones to keep the body healthy and the formula for getting sick. The same goes for keeping the body healthy and fit. But its growth or decrease (distortion) causes many types of diseases. Ayurveda has shown 20 diseases of air, 20 diseases of bile and 40 diseases of phlegm.
Treatment of flatulence is said to be friendly, that is, to treat with affection like a friend. Lubrication of the airway patient means the use of greasy substances. The patient with flatulence benefits from massaging the whole body with oil - giving an enema (basti) of Mahanarayana oil, giving ghee, oily food. Giving non-acute herbs can also be helpful in treating flatulence. Lubrication benefits as the air quality is smooth, light and variable.
Bile is hot and liquid. Bile diseases should be treated in the same way as we take care of the son-in-law. Should be treated with sweet-cold-substances. The milk is cold. Adding sugar in milk and giving it chilled calms bile disorders. Giving milk-rice-pudding gives relief in diseases of the body, stomach, inflammation and bile. In addition to this, giving cold substances like gulakanda, banana, chiku, black grapefruit to midwifery can cure bile diseases. If the son-in-law does not receive a sweet meal, the bile defect should be treated like the son-in-law.
The nature of the cuff is greasy-guru-cold. Therefore, if the diseases of phlegm are to be eradicated, the patient with phlegm has to suffer. Hence Ayurveda has suggested to treat 'Durjan Vat' in cough diseases. A patient with phlegm should stop eating and fast. Nakordo fasting once a week. Water should also be boiled by adding ginger (ginger boiling water). Nakordo fasting one day a week, the rest of the days to give khakra, boiled mugs, boiled vegetables, lukha and kora food, ginger, pepper. Giving 1-1 teaspoon of pepper powder three times. Milk without fat Turmeric pepper Giving milk without cream. To give a bitter boil. Perform walking exercises. Do not give cold, sore, heavy, greasy substances at all. Since such treatments are not dear to the patient, Ayurveda has said to treat the cough like a villain.
In Ayurveda, the formulaic treatment of Ayurvedic pathology of the outbreak of flatulence is metaphorically and precisely laid out in this one verse.
