- Distance - Raksha Shukla
Even though the pain is silent now,
I told you, you heard me.
Gentle sadness, remembering the air of this evening,
With the time gone, we stood up.
I don't know a friend differently,
Seeing that he just likes to be a stranger.
There is nothing to lose if you forget,
The past is forever haunting the world.
I always felt the farewell,
Opened and shown Aabh Janara Vihangam.

The Padma Shri awards are given to people who have done something different or better in their field. In 2061, 108 persons were honored with Padma Shri by President Ramnath Kovind, including 8 women. Rajni Becter is a woman entrepreneur who has risen to the pinnacle of success with her talent. Many are overwhelmed by the hardships of life, and many are overwhelmed by it. The list of such people includes Rajni Bacter. Rajni Bacter was bitten by a bite. Born in Karachi, Rajni Becter's family moved to Ludhiana, Punjab after the partition. After marriage in Ludhiana itself, Rajni Bacter, who was involved in social work, Lyoness Club, Red Cross, etc., would give his life for any work he undertook. But it was constantly happening that Kaink should do creative work. He graduated in bakery course from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana as he is very fond of cooking. She learns new recipes in cakes, puddings, ice cream or cookies that benefit family, friends, children. He would create occasions from anywhere to create a new recipe and feed everyone with love. Discussing and appreciating his creations, the friends said, 'You start a business. It is our responsibility to bring orders. '
At age 18, Mrs. Becter began making biscuits in her home kitchen and ice cream in a wooden bowl in the backyard. Which is in front of us today as a glorious 'Kremika' spreading like a banyan tree. People liked the food so much that on occasion they started giving catering orders to Mrs. Becter. Mrs. Bector became very interested in cooking because of her hobby. This also gave him a goal. On one occasion, a local snitch even ordered a pudding for his 2,000 wedding guests. Becker himself is amazed today at how he could have done that with a single oven! One by one the guests were not tired of appreciating the pudding. What Mrs. Becker made was very heartfelt. Using less intelligence in accounting. Unable to make a profit, she was soon overwhelmed by repeated orders and suffered a short-term loss. Then husband Dharamveer said, "Do whatever you want. Go ahead If you work hard by breaking yourself, now if you do this work as a business and take big orders, you will earn money. On the 16th, Dharamveer helped him with Rs 50,000 to start an ice cream manufacturing unit. Initially, they worked with one or two assistants. He worked 12 hours a day. They didn't want confectioner type men for help.
In 19 he formally registered his business. The name 'Kremika' was given because of the abundance of cream used in ice cream. The year 190 was a turning point. Terrorism in Punjab has had a devastating effect on his 108-year-old oil, fertilizer and seed business. Meanwhile, after a failed attempt to kidnap his eldest son Ajay, he decided to take over the old business. Even so, Kremica's turnover reached Rs 3 crore. The family decided to pursue Kremica's business. Sons also joined in. Kremika started a biscuit plant and then a bread plant in Ludhiana. To learn more when Bacter was doing a course in dairy technology his head Dr. SC Jain was surprised to see his work. Then Mrs. Becter said, 'I constantly have the idea of innovation. What I do, what happens, what I add, I get a better result, that's what I thought '. The big break in the 18th came at a time when McDonald's was spreading in India. Kremica was the only supplier of bread and bun. Athag worked hard and succeeded in learning the best bun that melts in the mouth. Later McDonald's also satisfied the demand for tomato ketchup and breadcrumbs. Eggless mayonnaise is made only in India in the whole world. It is only natural that the standards of such a giant global company should be very high and strict. Samples of each item are sent to Hong Kong for testing. The higher the quality, the less effort it takes to get orders. Then came the repeat orders. Today they have their own brand called 'Mrs. Bacter's Cremica Foods'. Which sells biscuits, sauces, spices etc.
Indians accustomed to Indian food items were completely unaware of another recipe like Western Pudding. Bacter aroused the interest of food lovers in this matter. Mrs. Becter, who makes cakes and ice cream at street kitty parties, gatherings, weddings and other parties, does a multi-million dollar business today. Why does bread become softer? Why do biscuits stay fresh for so long? What can be done to prevent ice cream from melting too quickly? What is added to food to increase nutrition? Etc. They would have a detailed idea. Than experiments. Asking questions. Rajni Bacter of Ludhiana is an inspiration not only for women but for all. Rajni Bacter, a 6-year-old, is an example that there is no set age for dreaming and fulfilling dreams.
Rajni Becter's inspiration is his mother and friends. The mother and husband are also her mentors. His taste and passion for eating is his success factor. They prove that what they eat can feed them. Citing a memorable and milestone occasion for him to take pride in, he says that once at a big gathering, his stall was right next to quality ice cream. Back then, the line of customers at Bacter's stall was much larger than that. The funny thing is that the manager of Quality Ice Cream also stood in line to taste our ice cream. Afterwards, everyone started asking about catering orders.
Exhausted with entrepreneurial energy and passion, Mrs. Becter is the sole owner of Mrs. Bacter's Food Specialties and her company exports famous biscuits, bread and ice cream from the 'Kremica' brand to more than 20 countries around the world. In 2020, the company's revenue was Rs 3 crore. The company had paid tax of Rs 50 crore. There are no specific formulas or secrets to success. It is the culmination of a lesson learned from hard work and failure. Successful people are not aware that failure is inevitable. Thomas Edison believes that "many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." When you try to reach a goal, you may fail because of a wrong decision. Successful people are not unaware of the failures they face but they overlook them, not the final defeat but the small and big bumps that come in the way of achieving the goal.
Mrs. Becter feels that there are many new machinery and technologies in the market today, such as large ovens, flour making machines, molds, etc., if one wants to take the time to start a new venture. Which makes the job a lot easier. First of all, a digital platform
Was not even. In his time, it was not possible to go to Google and see who gets what, who are the suppliers, etc. Everything he has done is due to his hard work, incredible adventure and strong morale. "Today there is a cut-throat competition in every field," says Becter. But if a person really wants to do something, he has to see that what he wants to do is unique in the market, people appreciate it because it has good quality content. Then if you present it properly, the market is yours. "
Kremica is a product sold only with excellent taste, excellent quality ingredients. When something new comes in the market, Rajniji tests it immediately and then approves it. People nowadays prefer low sugar food. They change their products according to the preferences of the people and the demands of the market. Although the material has become expensive, Rajniji does not compromise on quality. They have a biography. 'Work is worship.
Bacter himself is a sore throat. That’s why the sweet recipe business is booming. 'Tiramisu' (classic Italian dessert) is very popular. Because the material used in it is not available in Ludhiana, they make it themselves. He wants to be at the forefront of the food business. Mrs. Becter is now also thinking about frozen food. Which they want to bring to market quickly. If success is not the end, then failure is not fatal. What is important is that you have the courage and courage to continue the struggle. Your vision for the fight is on the second day in a row. You win or lose because you are determined to do something. What a victory or a defeat for a man living by the comfort of a buffalo lying in the water!
Success is not inherited. It comes from hard work. Mrs. Becker told her sons, "Never compromise on raw materials. It must be excellent. Less profit than bad goods is desirable. " Mrs. Becter's goal is to always do the best she can. At first they wanted to do everything alone. That attitude has changed. Mrs. Bacter never worried about herself. They barely get 7-8 hours of sleep. Bacter, who handles such a large business, has maintained a very diligent relationship.
The family has always been united. When the children studying in Mussoorie came home for the holidays, Mrs. Becter gave them time during the day to take care of them and work mostly at night. The many award-winning Bactrians have now stopped counting. He considers the award handed over to our Lok Dal President Abdul Kalam in 2009 as a unique and indescribable moment. Kalam asked .. 'Oh..so you are' the Icecream Lady '!?' "Kremica makes millions of products," says Mrs Becter. But I'm just an "ice cream lady."
