Feast: Cool juices that boil


Mixfruit Cocktail:

Content:

One cup of small pieces of pineapple, one cup of small pieces of papaya, two small pieces of banana, one small piece of apple, two lemon juice, one teaspoon of sugar, 2-3 chips.

Take one and a half bowl of water in a frying pan, add sugar and prepare syrup. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Add lemon juice. Now mix the pineapple, papaya, banana and apple pieces in a bowl. Pour into glass. Pour lemon, sugar syrup on it. Pour ice on top and cool to taste.

Red wave

Ingredients: 10-15 apricots, 1 cup pomegranate juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sachel, 2 bottles (20 ml) soda water, 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice, ice powder (as required)

Method: Freeze the soda water bottles to cool. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put apricot kernel in pomegranate juice and crush for 2 minutes. Then add orange juice, ginger juice and salt, stir for a minute and pour evenly into the glass. Pour a little bit of ice in it and drink cold soda water ready immediately.

Kulfi

Ingredients: 150 gms sugar, 1 liter milk, pinch saffron, 20 gms dried fruits, 50 gms almonds, 2 cardamoms, 150 gms sugar free.

Method: Boil the milk till it thickens, then add mash, almonds, pistachios, nuts, cardamom and saffron (heat it, take it off and let it cool down. When it cools down, let it cool down in the shape of ice cream.

Apple-raisin nectar stream

Content:

2 yellow apples, 100 g raisins, 200 g sugar, 1 lemon, 1 cup pineapple juice, 2 citrus juice.

Make their juice in apple samari mixi. Let the raisins boil in 2 cups of water, then mash in the same water, strain it and mix it. Stir in both, add sugar and stir, then add lemon and citrus juice. Mix again and add pineapple juice.

This upper raisin nectar can be drunk with or without cold soda. Put raisins in a glass if desired.

Sweet Cold Yogurt

Content:

2 cups fresh yogurt, 2 cups boiled and cooled milk, 1 cup black grapes, 2 teaspoons honey, modified mint leaves, 2 teaspoons black currant, 1 teaspoon ice powder.

Pour the milk and raisins into the mixer, crush until it thickens. Then add yoghurt and honey, mix for 1 minute and fill the mixture evenly in a glass. Sprinkle ice cubes on it and decorate with mint leaves on top.

Plum pudding:

Ingredients: 20 grams dried fruits (almonds, raisins, cashews, kharek), 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/2 raisins, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup Butter, 1/2 cup cream, 1 tbsp icing sugar, 1 tbsp mix fruit jam, 2 tbsp milk, a little flour

Finely chop the dried fruits. Remove the apricot kernels and finely chop. Stir in the breadcrumbs and mix in the baking powder. Combine sugar and butter and mix all the dried fruits and sugar-butter mixture in a very foamy wax mixture. Then pour in the milk and stir well. Roll the pudding mold with a sticky hand and add some flour. Fill it with pudding mixture and wrap it tightly with foil paper so that water does not get into it. Pour water into the cooker and put it in it. The pudding mold should be half submerged in water. Put the cooker on the fire without whistling. Leave on for about an hour then take off. When it cools down, gently turn the mold upside down, remove to a pudding plate and slice. Stir in the icing sugar in the cream and enjoy.

Lychee Ice

Content:

200 gms of cheese, one teaspoon of powdered sugar, 2-3 lychees, two glasses of lychee juice (take about 5 kg of lychee to make it), 20 ml. Soda water or 2 bottles of cola, crushed ice (as needed)

Method: Peel the lychees and discard them. Divide each lychee into 2-3 pieces and arrange them separately in a large plate, keep it under the fan for a while. So that the lychee dries slightly. Add powdered sugar to the cheese and knead until smooth. Now fold its small spheres. Take a pill, spread it on the palm and place a piece of lychee in between.

Then add the cheese balls again. Make all the spheres in this way and put them in the freezer. Put lychee juice and soda water in the freezer to cool. Take a large glass and fill it with lychee juice evenly. Add a little bit of ice and put 2-3 rounds of cheese in it and give it to drink immediately.
