Is man miserable in this birth because of pre-birth sins? How does happiness and health get health in this birth?

- Guftego - Dr. Chandrakant Mehta

- Man should think that patience, contentment and non-attachment are the elements that keep the mind and life happy forever. Fate or God will not be able to make me sad, I have given up evil mind. The lusts are banished. I have considered spiritual purity and innate pleasure of mind to be paramount instead of earthly happiness

* Is man miserable in this birth because of pre-birth sins? How to get happiness, peace and health in this birth?

* Questioner: Jayantibhai N. Gohel, Hair Mechanic, M.G. Road, At. Porbandar (Saurashtra)

The main cause of human suffering is his negative outlook on life. 'The Lord is with me, I and the Lord will meet the storms of life' - such faith and a positive outlook provide reassurance to be happy even in sorrow. Man's fickle mind alone does not allow him to settle. So as much as you can cultivate restraint, you can feel at peace. The human mind is causal. The root of sorrows and pains inspires to find out. In fact, the root cause of suffering is within, so pure and strong as the heart, the instinct and power to endure suffering and to be healthy in suffering will be gained. Man is increasing his aspirations. If selfishness, jealousy, hatred, deceit, betrayal, violence, enmity, etc., make evil their means to satisfy their own desires, then the consequences will also be evil.

According to the principle of karma, there are three types of karma. Kriyamana Karma, Sanchita Karma and Prarabdha Karma. The deeds done by man in his present life are kriyaman karma. Such deeds can be both auspicious and inauspicious. The sum of such deeds is accumulated karma. Destiny or good fortune that gives good or bad fruit after accumulating deeds. An example of how one has to suffer the fruits of sinful deeds done in a previous life is given by Hiralal Thakkar. Accordingly, when 100 sons of King Dhritarashtra died in one fell swoop, Dhritarashtra gave a vision to Lord Krishna to see the karma of his previous birth. Dhritarashtra then saw that about 40 years ago he was a hunter and he threw a burning net on a tree to catch the birds perched on the tree. Some of the birds flew away, but they were blinded by the heat of the burning net, while the other 100 birds were burned to death. This Kriyaman Karma remained unfulfilled in the accumulated Karma for 20 years. When he became king, he had 100 sons in this birth. Then the accumulated karma of pre-birth was ready to bear fruit, so he (Dhritarashtra) became blind and 100 sons also died. Kriyaman Karma did not leave its bark. Karma waited until he had 100 sons. And when it got right, it calmed down immediately by giving fruit without any delay. ' This means that the loss, gain, life, death, success or disgrace that has been determined in destiny cannot be falsified. If a person is sick, the doctor instructs him to follow the rules of Chari i.e. Khan-Pan. A devotee poet has given a list of such observances:

1. The first diet is not to lie.

. No one is condemned.

. Don't praise, don't listen.

. Addiction does nothing.

. It is never taken by writing a stone oath to Pardhan.

. A woman should never be looked down upon as a mother.

. I did, I do bhajans, so much where there is no talk.

. I worship the great Sahu Muj, he is not proud. Etc.

So it is only fair not to fall into the prenatal headache.

What about the human hand? To assume equality in every situation, to give up affection and to repent sincerely when a mistake or evil deed happens. The way to keep the mind calm in a sad situation is also described in verses 20 and 21 of the ninth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita. Krishna explains to Arjuna that if even a wicked person worships me at a unique price by becoming my (divine) devotee, then he is considered a sadhu. Because he is a true determinant. He immediately becomes a Dharmatma and attains eternal peace.

So instead of believing that I am miserable because I am a sinner in the previous life, I am born to do good deeds and whatever that deed is small or big, my devotion is ready to do justice to it. The best cure is to keep the mind happy. If you want to be happy, be a man of 'God' and not of 'world'. God's means Bhagavad-g મનt મન, pure-hearted, and pious. If we do not rent the sacred room of our mind to lust, lust will not find a place to live.

One should always develop in the mind that no man has been born in this world who has not faced hardships in life. The root of sin is the root of greed, the root of disease is the root of lust or the root of disease, and the indomitable tendency to desire is the root of grief. Satisfaction is pleasurable, while luxury is painful. That is why raga gives birth to sorrow and renunciation gives happiness. In 'Shantiparva', Vyasji has advised that an intelligent person should warmly welcome happiness or sorrow, dear or unpleasant. As Ashwaghosh explains the secret of happiness and sorrow in 'Buddhacharitra', he says, 'I consider statehood and slavery to be equal when I see sorrow and happiness combined everywhere. Neither the fate of a king is forever written in humor nor the fate of a slave is forever afflicted or sad.

Patience, contentment and non-attachment. These are the elements that keep the mind and life happy forever. Fate or God will not be able to make me sad, because I have given up evil mind. Lusts are banished and spiritual purity and instinctive pleasure of the mind are paramount instead of worldly pleasures.
