Sajid will carry on the musical legacy of the late brother Wajid

- Emotional confession of music director Sajid

- With such a sad farewell to Maravhala and talented brother Wajid, a huge void has been created in my life and career. I doubted whether I would be able to work independently.

There have been incidents in the Hindi film world where some talented actors have died at a very young age. Wajid, the musician duo of Sajid-Wajid, passed away on June 1, 2020. Wajid (full name Wajid Khan) was born on July 10, 19 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Thus, at the young age of 6, this talented music director passed away due to the epidemic of Corona.

Sajid-Wajid's cousin's pair suddenly broke up. In Bollywood, the two brothers achieved success in a very short time. Especially in films like Dabangg, Dabangg-2, Ek Tha Tiger and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Brother, the Sajid-Wajid duo has given superhit music. The Sajid-Wajid duo was moving very fast.

However, it is natural that elder brother Sajid was deeply shocked by Wajid's sudden and sad departure.

On the other hand, the absence of younger and talented brother Wajid has led to various questions and doubts in Bollywood as to whether Sajid will now be able to work independently as a music director.

"I am heartbroken by the sad farewell of my cousin," Wajid said in an interview. However, I have decided to keep his musical memory. There are various stories and questions about me in Bollywood. However, the fact is that even in the absence of Wajid, I have given fun music in two songs for Salman Khan's film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Brother. Yes, at one point I realized that such a sad departure from Bas, Maravhala and the talented brother Wajid had created a huge void in my life and career. I doubted whether I would be able to work independently. My future as a music director seemed bleak.

On the other hand, I also thought calmly that both of us brothers have achieved great success through hard work and struggle. Wajid has made a huge contribution to this success. Just as a true tribute to Wajid, I had to continue this successful journey by working alone as a music director.

Sajid, the son of renowned tabla player father Sharafat Ali Khan and mother Razina Khan, says, "I also thought that even though my younger brother Wajid is definitely not with me, I am constantly feeling his presence. I feel that Wajid is constantly inspiring me." Even so, Wajid was my real strength. Now in the absence of that strength and inspiration from Wajid, I have decided to give music in films with full confidence.

Sajid says, Radhe: I have composed two songs independently in the film Your Most Wanted Bhai. One song is the title song. One song I have sung while the other song I have written. I have my own words. Even so, I have a strong hobby of writing poetry, share-shayari etc.

I am also going to make a music album in a few days. Wajid used to compose sweet melodies of music with our two brothers while I was handling the rhythm and arrangement of the song. However, now who knows why I am doing both these challenging tasks alone. Say I can do it alone.

Expressing happiness, Sajid also says that Salman bhai is so happy with my singing that I have to sing a song in his new film - Antim. So I'm not a good singer but I think my younger brother also inspired me to sing.
