In memory of Sushant Singh's death

- 'I'm lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him, even if it's just one film. It was a success. This was a special film for our team.

Smita Patil's son Prateek Babbar's career was slowly reviving when he signed Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor and Nitesh Tiwari's film 'Chichhore' and the film also won a National Award. However, unfortunately this became Sushant Singh's last film, which was released in theaters. "I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him, even if it is just one film," says Prateek Babbar, recalling actor Sushant Singh, who passed away on June 19. It was a success. This was a special film for our team.

Sushant and I had an acquaintance as we used to meet each other at different events. I also saw him many times in the gym. One thing I have noticed is that there was an aura around it. No one else in this business has seen such an aura. My experience working with him was very limited. Time was very much controlled when we were shooting or rehearsing our scenes. There was only so much time left that we could talk a little more. '

Talking about the bond with him, Pratik says, "We did our reading and rehearsal together and it was very warm when the shot was ready. Not only that, he was fun-loving and could talk to anyone instinctively, but at the same time he was lost in his world.

Sushant likes to talk and not only to spend time on the set, but also to have fun with others. Sushant loves to talk about quantum physics, planets, stars and science. I remember he wanted to visit Antarctica after the shooting. I didn't know if he really wanted to do that. But he would have done so. He was curious to explore life and all the avenues he envisioned. He was the kind of person who looked at things from a different perspective and that was important. It was like a jewel. '

In campus drama, the symbol was its rival. Sushant and Prateek also play a basketball match, in which Prateek recalls that his true feelings were reflected. "This is the only way we can get into our characters," he said. It is very difficult to prepare any equation or to generate the vibrations of any character in the story. We flowed into the stream of screenplays and greeted each other for our scenes. However, you may think that the reason why there is competition between us and our team in the film is because our director Nitesh Tiwari has given us both the same training and preparation.

At the same time, Pratik adds, "Sushant and I were passionate about getting the truth in the scenes. It took two weeks to shoot the basketball sequence. We would shoot the scene for a few hours every day. Between the two shots Sushant and I hoops together. We played basketball in the same way that campus boys play and deceive the people around us. We used to love playing a lot every day, those moments were very good with both of us filming and now we have to talk about Sushant in the past, it seems really shocking to me. I will always remember him as an outstanding person. He was very friendly, inquisitive and full of life, 'said Prateek Babbar.
