Natural gum organic compounds derived from seeds are the sap of vegetable plants, such as natural resources. Which are polysaccharide container based.
It contains mainly gum like starch, cellulose, pastein, seaweed (agar), vegetable arabic, trengath. The texture works according to its own structure.
The polypeptidase (protein) compound contains many gum, such as casein, albumin, globulin, keratin, insulin DNA, and works according to its own structure.
Starch: This is a type of carbohydrate polymer composition. It consists of 7%, amylose and 3% amylopastein branch chain structure.
Properties: White, amorphous, powder without test. Which becomes a gel in hot water. Other commercial sources include starch, corn, potato, topiaca, rice, and wheat.
Uses: Used in adhesives, gum paper, tapes, textile sizing, thickener for food products, confectionery, oil-well-drilling, face powder, detergent etc.
Semisynthetic Polymers: Cellulose - Carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) is a semi-synthetic polymer of methyl cellulose, modified starch, polyvinyl pyrolidone etc.
Carboxy Methyl Cellulose: This is a semi-synthetic polymer. Which are water soluble. It is obtained by the glucose unit. These products contain sodium salt of the carboxylic acid in an alkali medium reaction.
Properties: Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, water soluble, powder, granular
Uses: Used in industries like detergents, soaps, thickeners, suspending agents, emulsion stabilizers, paper coatings, oil-paints, medicine, cosmetics etc.
Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose: These products are food grade. Which acts as a thinking agent in ice cream, syrup, health drinking, tomato catch-up etc.
Synthetic Polymer: Polyvinyl Alcohol This chemical is a synthetic water soluble polymer. Which is the alcoholysis structure of polyvinyl acetate.
Property: White, Yellow Crystal Powder Soluble in Water, Property Depends on Degree of Polymerization and Percented Alcoholysis.
Uses: Used in textile yarn sizing, normal adhesives, cosmetic binder, ceramic, leather binding, paper coating, photo sensitive film, cement, mortar etc.
Topiaco starch gum paste formulation:
Topiaco starch 150 g, potassium sulfate 5 g, sodium fluoride 20 g, water 500 ml.
This formulation becomes a complete gum at a temperature of 40 C.
Maze starch gum paste formulation for textile sizing
Maze starch 10 kg, water 20 liters, mercury formaldehyde 200 gm
This formulation becomes a complete gum at a temperature of 40 C.
Polyvinyl alcohol gum liquid fortification
Polyvinyl alcohol 10 kg, water 20 liters
This gum is made by proper mixing.
License: The License Under the Industries Act and Clearance Form Pollution Control Board becomes required.
