Diet
Eating a diet that is beneficial to health. I consume very little oily and fatty foods. I balance carbohydrates with the right amount of protein-rich foods, fruits and nuts. I make it a habit to eat small meals three or four times a day rather than a full meal. I also eat my dinner on time.
Exercise
I value martial arts more than gymnasium. And for a few months now I have been practicing it regularly. These include kickboxing, kung fu and others. I have benefited a lot from it. This is the kind of art that requires physical strength but at the same time concentration is more important. This has also increased my concentration. My memory has increased more than before and my thinking has also gained momentum. Martial arts are also useful for self-defense.
Diversity in life is essential
As I get bored of exercising one by one every day, I enjoy doing a variety of exercises like swimming, martial arts, dancing and yoga. A lot of people quit exercising because they get bored of doing one exercise at a time but different exercises increase my enthusiasm.
Fencing
Fencing is an excellent technique. The whole body is used in fencing. So in my opinion it is a complete exercise. Fencing strengthens the muscles as well as keeping both the action and the brain focused while fencing.
