Shahana Goswami's Talent in Business Oriented Bollywood Films Not Appreciated

- If we accept our shortcomings and correct them, it will become our strength. Instead of trying to recover, they wallow in their sadness and thus, experience more failure

Actress Shahana Goswami did not get the expected job in Hindi film industry. But he has had great opportunities to show off his skills on the OTT platform. The actress has also played the role of a police officer in the recently released 'The Last Over' after starring in the web series 'A Suitable Boy' and 'Bombay Begum'. Shahana, who plays powerful women on screen, however, believes in real life that everyone is powerful. So one should not confuse Nahak by giving different definitions of powerful.

Shahana believes that our core strength lies in our weaknesses. It becomes our strength if we accept and correct our shortcomings. Instead of trying to recover, they wallow in their sadness and thus, experience more failure. Instead of saying what and how, he should do it. This is his power. Only by loving yourself can you love others.

Shahana is considered a talented actress in Bollywood. Surprisingly, however, his talent was never fully utilized. However, Shahana is not at all surprised. Explaining the reason for this, Shahana says that even though cinema is called art. But in our country, films are more business than art. He further says that I have lived in Europe. There, film is seen only as art. There the government supports films. So the filmmakers there make films not for profit but to highlight art. When we are there the business stays at the center. It is natural for those who invest money for films to make a profit.

In such a situation it runs only from the point of view in the industry business. And the choice of artists is the same. I don't think there is anything right or wrong in it. Every industry operates according to a certain system. The same goes for the Hindi film industry. So I never felt like I didn’t get my due here. However, there are different types of films made in Bollywood. There are no two opinions on that. But actresses like me, who don’t look like typical heroines, don’t get the role of the main heroine here. I can understand that. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.

Moreover, the popularity of OTT platforms has increased. Since then, the themes of films from all over the world have changed drastically and with it, Hindi films are also seeing subject diversity. Now people are giving preference to story and characters over star actors.

Shahana's 'The Last Over' also features a display of supernatural powers. So we slightly question whether the actress really believes in such powers? In response to this he says that I believe in the power of God, destiny in the soul. The soul takes on different forms, but never dies so we can talk to the soul. I believe in the power of God.

In this web series, some of Shah's police officers got to play the role of a police officer. He says director Amit did not want the character of a police officer to look dramatic. So we have tried to present it in a realistic way. Other than that I learned to drive up the hill. Previously my driving was not very good. But in this series I had to drive up the hills so I learned that and also gave his shots well.
