New capitalism created an unjust society

- The question of why the management has certain powers, certain accounts or sections or managers is kept in the recitation

- The failure of communist ideology in the world as well as the ideology of neoliberalism in the world gives a lot of power to capitalists and company owners.

Neo-capitalism or neoliberalism has the same effect as the welfare state. Neoliberalism is not to be deceived by the word liberalism in the nine liberal semantics. The word liberalism is used not in the sense of democracy but in the sense of free marketism. One has to be wary of the following features of neoliberalism as an ideology of economics.

Our global financial system is based on neoliberalism. We can call neo-liberalism market fundamentalism. The originators of this ideology are Frederick Hayek of Germany and Milton Friedman, a former professor at the University of Chicago, and von Mieses of Germany. Neoliberalism is a rampant form of capitalism The ideology of neoliberalism was born after the end of World War II in the 19th century.

Freedom to buy and sell: Human freedom means the freedom to start a business and run, and the freedom for consumers to buy goods in the free market, and the freedom for companies to skyrocket their profits, without state interference. Milton Friedman of America became its keynote speaker. He believes a strong nation is needed to keep markets free. While the original capitalism believed in keeping the state weak in the realm of economics. The state should not interfere in business at all and want democracy but the state has to act as a democracy 'umpire'. Competition between companies controls the markets so there is no scope for government intervention in such spontaneous markets.

Economic inequality: Inequality must exist in society as people's strength, education, skills, enthusiasm to work, business entrepreneurship are different. The market system can do nothing about it. Economic inequality has to be tolerated if markets are to run well. Intervening in what neoliberalism believes would disrupt markets.

Suppose you pay a laborer, a doctor, an engineer, a lawyer, a professor, a general craftsman a salary of ten thousand rupees a month each, then no doctor, lawyer, judge, engineer, professor, entrepreneur will work hard in that society. What does higher education take to do? Neoliberalism therefore believes that the government should not fall into the category of economic inequality or social justice. But what rule of social justice is preserved in the fact that the children of the rich get unprecedented benefits in education and the children of the poor do not get it?

Power to companies in neoliberalism: Companies and other types of private entities have unlimited power in neoliberalism. Every company has a hidden power structure. The inequality of power is evident at every level in the company through the creation of Superior-Subordinate. Every department or section of the company strives to increase its power and authority. So we can say that every company or every type of system has 'politics' which is not visible from the outside but is hidden in the mind of the person and often in the actions.

The question of why the management has certain powers, certain accounts or sections or managers is kept in the agenda. In every system, accounts, sub-departments, individuals try to dominate each other. This is what we call organization politics. How many tactics and strategies are used to reduce the power of other departments or individuals? This is especially true in politics and the lust for power throws politics into an 'imbalance'.

It happens in the system but it happens in politics. It is not always a bad thing to use or accumulate power. Power, like fire, can help you in many ways. It can speed up your work, and fire can burn you. The central question regarding power is the purpose for which power is used.

If it is used for the public good or to strengthen the organization, it does not matter who has the power in the organization but the use of power raises two big questions, who benefits from the use of power and which group disadvantages the individual. In English, this can be better said: urra yachaij chahgur rnjij aih * Speaking of power, such companies are taken over by big companies or the company is split in two.

Position power: Position power is most misused in systems. In the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, such systems were very successful and successful, but now in the age of the Industrial Revolution, when the workers in the Western world have become 'workers', that is, knowledge workers, unilateral use of power is not possible.

Knowledge power: Every system requires special knowledge. You have as much knowledge and not only knowledge as you have for the organization but the more skills you have, the more power you have in your organization. We can also call this expert power. The fact that people in the organization frequently ask you for help with your knowledge and skills strengthens your power base. The more your identities inside or outside the organization, the greater your authority.

Relationship Power: Your relationship within or outside the organization should be of a kind that helps other accounts or individuals. The failure of communist ideology in the world as well as the ideology of neoliberalism in the world gives a lot of power to capitalists and company owners. In order to create a more just society in the world than neoliberalism as well as communism, we all have to invent a brand new economic thinking.
