In the Amazon jungle of Bolivia, in the South American continent, there is an indigenous group of 16,000 people called Simane, also known as Tsima. In the Amazon Forest, near a local river, the tribe lives in 20 to 5 scattered villages.
The lifestyles of these people look like human civilization thousands of years ago. The people of Sima have a close relationship with the outside world. Aikhu spends his time in the naturally adopted instinctive lifestyle in the forest. Today's digital revolution and the so-called modern lifestyle are not visible. Six years ago, a study was conducted on the people of the border community that this human group has the strongest heart on earth, meaning that no one else has a healthy heart like this.
In the modern lifestyle, man has become superficially rudo rupa, but from the inside, the body is becoming takladi. Heart problems are on the rise in an anxious, stressful and hectic lifestyle but the Bolivian border community has the lowest risk of heart disease in the world. A 60-year-old's heart rate is about the same as an 8-year-old's.
Do people from the border community take herbs and herbs? Do they take special care of their bodies? The answer is no. The natural lifestyle of these people is such that everything comes naturally. Four years ago, as part of a study, experts examined the health of six colonies in this indigenous community, and found that no one at 10 had any risk of heart attack. Of the total number of people who underwent CT scans, 3% had no evidence of coronary artery disease.
Out of which 5% people were over 6 years of age. Thirteen per cent were in the low-risk category with a score of less than 100. Only 3% were at high risk of heart disease. By comparison, an average of 12 percent of Americans were not at risk for heart disease.
The data was also presented to cardiologist Randall Thompson at a meeting of the College of Cardiologists at one point. Seema has also had another study on community health proving to have the healthiest heart in the world. The slow aging of the hearts of the people of this community is unmatched anywhere in the world.
A team of scientists and specialists have also crossed the river with the help of a raft and visited this inaccessible place in the Amazon jungle. The conclusion of all is that the secret of the health of this indigenous group lies in their ancient lifestyle, eating habits and manners. Most people farm, hunt and fish. From the children of the border community to the elderly, exercise is automatically done in the daily lifestyle of not sitting still.
According to the natural lifestyle, a man walks an average of 12 km. They do 5% of their daily activities in the sunlight. The body index of the people of the border community is 6 to 8. People with toned-strong bodybuilding are rarely overweight. The biggest reason is a low protein, low fat and high fiber carbohydrate diet.
Destiny only adds sugar to make one's food delicious. They eat a variety of fruits, including rice, corn, peanuts and bananas, in their natural form.
Never use processed food. Professor Hillard Kaplan of the United States was involved in research on the health of this community. He believed that non-processed fiber rich carbohydrate foods were essential.
Even if people living in urban areas start consuming such food, their health will not improve. Researchers believe that in addition to high-fiber and low-fat diets, lifestyle also contributes greatly to people's health. They do not have any kind of addiction. Only 5% of the necessities of life related to their food are bought from outside. Which sometimes includes bread, pasta, etc.
The people of Simene community do not use any kind of dairy products. They also do not consume eggs, which are considered a source of protein. Their daily dietary sources are 4% fiber, 15% fat and protein. The average amount of saturated fat in their body is only 11 grams per day while the average American has 7 grams of saturated fat per day.
Their diet contains micronutrients such as selenium, potassium and magnesium which they get in the form of food from farm crops. In addition, fasting in between is part of their lifestyle but it is not that they do it on purpose. It is common to go hungry on days when there is no food. This is especially the case when there is no prey during heavy rains and when small farms are flooded. This small human community lives a positive life amidst low needs. Social problems and loneliness also contribute to heart disease. People in this community keep laughing and joking with each other.
Social rules are so simple and instinctive that they don’t feel like bondage. A woman gives birth to an average of 3 to 4 children. Men go far in search of prey. Women and children work on the farm and collect farm produce for food. This is an aligned sequence with no changes. Researchers have noted that an adult male in the Seema community walks an average of 15,000 steps a day and a woman 18,000. The schedule of people getting up in the morning and going to bed in the evening is completely dependent on sunlight. After working hard during the day, as soon as the sun sets, you start coming to the hut to relax.
After a while you start falling asleep. It is not that there are no challenges in the lives of these people. The challenges are many. The fear of predatory animals, snakes and other creatures is constant. Severe infections in the body can lead to death but heart problems are not responsible. Seemane's community routine and diet are useful for researching heart related diseases.
