So who is the ideal of my life? When such a question is asked, a writer identifies an able creator as his role model or a player whose life is constantly inspired by him. The fact is that there is no ideal in life. No matter how many fields, so many ideals and if we think in that way, whether it is Rabindranath Tagore or Govardhan Ram in literature, Amrutlal Seth or Vasudev Mehta in journalism, Acharya Mahapragya or Sant Kabir in spirituality, the ideals of a person can be different in every field.
Like Mahatma Gandhi, Gopalakrishna Gokhale, Mahadev Govind Rande, Shrimad Rajchandra, Rjon Ruskin and Leo Tolstoy all got some ideas or inspiration from each other. He received something from everyone. When I think of such an ideal in the world of cricket, I am reminded of Frank Worrell, who was born on August 1 in Bridgetown. The player took his country, the West Indies, to the pinnacle of world cricket, but his reputation as a 'renaissance' captain in Test cricket and a rare sensible man will last forever.
International cricket was played at a slow, dry and slow pace. Instead of enjoying the game, the five-day match was played at a snail's pace to avoid defeat and ended in a dull draw. In time, Frank Worrell made Test cricket fast, exciting and exciting again, thus saving the life of Test cricket.
Frank Worrell, who studied economics at the University of Manchester, eventually had the opportunity to play such a valuable test, but when it came to self-esteem, he set aside this greatest achievement of cricketing life. He realized what kind of self-respect a cricketer can have. The famous trio of Everton Weeks, Frank Worrell and Walcott introduced to the world the strength of the neglected West Indies. Prior to Warrell, only white players were captained in the West Indies because of apartheid. Frank Worrell put an end to these practices and that too with his own dominant power.
6-year-old all-rounder Worrell Australia, seeing the rain-soaked pitch in Adelaide, told his teammates, "I'll take half a dozen wickets on this" and in fact, Worrell Australia's six-wicket haul with just two runs in just two hours.
At the age of 18, he decided to leave the field for cricket writing, but then, as his country's captain Goddard and vice-captain Walcott could no longer play, Worrell accepted the captaincy "for the sake of the nation." A 'bulk' player cannot be the captain of a team. It broke the old rule of the West Indies. This led to more players coming from different islands such as Barbados, Jamaica and British Guiana and becoming a joint West Indies team. Worrell worked to tie such players together. Completely free from rage or prejudice and as a result the West Indies made great strides in the field of cricket.
Another thing he did was never play a defensive game for fear of defeat. The game is for the enjoyment of the spectators and so its 'Bright Cricket' took the approach of playing regardless of defeat or victory. The first time there was a 'tie' in the test. Even in the midst of a stressful situation, Worrell showed modest and steadfast leadership.
Instead of losing his courtesy and gentleness at the time, Kapoor should have been sporty and thought that when the West Indies captain left Australia with his team, a million people from Melbourne stood on the road and gave him a grand farewell. He could not hide his tears behind his spectacles as he saw himself receiving such an honor from the royal guests. Seeing the popularity, it filled his throat so much that this able player could not even give a vote of thanks!
Worrell's team did not win the Test series, but the Australian Cricket Board, seeing the talent of this great player, announced the awarding of the 'Worrell Trophy' to the winner of the Australia-West Indies series. Born in Godhra, Gujarat, Nariman Jahangir, who has a BA in History, went on a 17th tour of the West Indies under the captaincy of a contractor and suffered a crushing defeat in all five Tests.
In the second over after lunch on the second day of the match against Barbados on March 19, the fast bowler Charlie Griffith's bumper was hit an inch above the right ear of Indian skipper Nariman Contractor. A tree fell to the ground, so the contractor fell to the ground. Blood spurted from the ears and nose. Immediately treated by a general surgeon at a hospital in Barbados. The operation lasted for eight hours. Half the limb was paralyzed. The next day a specialist surgeon was called from the island of Trinidad. Nariman underwent three operations on his skull.
Frank Worrell, the able-bodied captain at the time, was sitting by M's bedside for hours, and when the contractor needed blood, Frank Worrell was the first to donate blood. Wesley Hall burst into tears as the great generous player rebuked West Indies' Charlie Griffith teammate Wesley Hall for such a deadly fast bowling. That evening Frank Worrell announced on the radio that we would all pray in the evening to God to save the life of our country's host.
Frank Worrell's greatness was to show such a humane attitude towards the losing team or its players, and the sensitivity of it was that when the Indian team, which had lost five Tests, was leaving the Palisdos airport in Kingston on April 19, Frank Worrell Doos.
Only Frank Worrell can feel such intimacy towards a very weak opposing team! The West Indies player was so well-liked by the Australian and English spectators that he once reached the ground in England with the help of the police. Worrell led his country twice to the World Cup.
When he became the first winner of the Wisden Trophy, a team of 1.5 million people gathered in Jamaica to honor his team. Sir Clifford Campbell, Governor of Jamaica, presented Worrell with the title of "Key of the City". At the beginning of the 19th, Worrell received the title of 'Knight Hood' from the Queen of Britain. After Sir Donald Bradman, the king of cricket, Sir Frank Worrell, who left his mark on this exciting game, went all out on timeliness, determination and the art of hitting a variety of strokes.
In Ahmedabad, the sport of this player, who has silky clothes fluttering in the air, strong handcuffs and very sharp eyes, is a sight to behold. Due to his passion, naturalness and attractiveness, he became a famous stroke player in the world of cricket. His bowling, batting and fielding are all intuitive, so watching him on the field would have been a source of entertainment for sports fans.
Even the smartest spinner in front of his drive would get confused. Excessive movement of the foot body or bat akaye. The stroke-time worrel feels like drawing in a picture or sculpture. Such a great player, with his sensitive personality, attractive player, strong leadership and sincerity of heart, left such an indelible impression that even today, on his birthday (August 1, 19), his qualities and style are remembered.
Manzrukho
The heart of the famous Roman saint Bajil was touched by the tyranny of the Roman emperor. The terrified people were dumbfounded by fear, dread and fear of repression. Then Saint Bajil alone opposed the tyranny of the emperor. There was a deep fear in the emperor's mind that the saint would be arrested and the people would be agitated. So the emperor sent his special envoy to Saint Bajil and told him that if he stopped opposing the emperor, the emperor would give him so much wealth that he could spend his whole life not only in comfort but also in merriment and pomp.
If he does not stop protesting, it will happen that an angry emperor will deport him. ? I also hope that one day this tyrannical emperor will take the right path.
Going to the emperor, he also says that Bajil is not ready to accept such a generous offer, but at the same time says that the king who refuses to listen to the warnings of the saints and scholars is doomed. The special envoy spoke to the Roman emperor about the occasion with Bajil. This had a profound effect on the emperor's heart, and he himself went to see Bajil and repented of his atrocities and apologized.
The revelation of the moment
If you criticize someone directly, it will be very harsh. Words of criticism will pierce his ears and pierce his mind. Criticism, on the other hand, remains inevitable. Parents, family members, businessmen, professors or politicians inevitably have to criticize those who work with them or under their hands.
There is also the technique of criticism. If you criticize it directly, there will be immediate tension in the atmosphere and it will be the turn of the same language, but first by praising and then by criticizing, the other person gets the word and does not wake up in his mind.
Nowadays the word 'pan' is more prevalent for this. Creating a harmonious atmosphere by praising first and then criticizing verbally. Some even say that I may be wrong in this matter and say whatever criticisms or suggestions I have to make. Some use examples for this. Criticism is then given by giving an example of the diligence of a noble employee. Criticism thus points out its shortcomings in terms of virtues and thus can be criticized without condemnation.
