In monsoons, common diseases as well as skin infections are more likely to occur. So skin care is especially needed this season.

Use natural toners, such as green tea, lemon and cucumber. Toning removes dirt from the skin and does not irritate the skin.
In addition to the face in the monsoon, there is a possibility of fungal infection on the hands and feet. So if you get wet in the rain, mix lemon juice in warm water and keep your hands and feet dipped. As well as washing the feet with pumice stone and applying moisturizer.
Drink at least eight glasses of water regularly and apply sunscreen. It is important to apply sunscreen on the skin even if the sun does not shine during the rainy season or the sun's rays do not fall on the skin.
If soaked in rain, wash and dry face and feet thoroughly. Use a mild facewash to wash the face.
Wet hair is more likely to weaken. So the hair needs to be strengthened. Massage with warm oil on the scalp and hair is beneficial. It is necessary to steaming and masking the hair after applying the oil. For this use ingredients like banana with avocado, amla aretha with olive oil and shikakai.
Dirty water can lead to foot damage as well as skin infections. So if possible, wear open shoes on the feet. Also, if the feet are wet, first wash the house with plain water and apply a moisturizer.
Applying refrigerated rose water on the hands and feet provides cooling to the skin. As well as infection does not occur. Eudicolin can also be applied in place of rose water.
Do not wear synthetic or tight clothing during monsoon. Wearing loose and cotton clothes does not cause skin infections and skin rashes. Use disinfectants on the skin such as soaps, powdered body lotions etc.
