Ranveer Singh was born on July 6, 19. His full name is Ranveer Singh Bhavani. He and Sonam Kapoor are Masai siblings. Ranveer's mother and Sonam Kapoor's mother are both sisters.

Ranveer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington USA. Ranavih was a theater student there.

Ranveer later removed the surname from his own name as his last name seemed to be too long.
