There has been a sharp rise in cases of infections and even viral infections in recent times, due to changing lifestyles, lack of immunity, extinction of plants, increasing pollution, etc. Gases and toxic particles in polluted air mix with the air and pollute the air. Polluted gases, diesel, fumes, toxic fumes, etc. pollute the atmosphere, and a person suffers from many diseases due to this polluted air. Diseases caused by viral infections are more prevalent in polluted environments, causing a lot of painful ailments, colds, coughs, measles, chicken pox, eye ailments, fever, flu, etc. The different symptoms of the disease according to the disease are so painful that the patient is very upset.

It is not possible to directly treat any type of viral infection. However, pain should be treated according to the patient's symptoms.

Prevention is better than cuse. It is better to make arrangements for the disease not to occur than to treat and treat the disease and if the disease has occurred, one should try to eliminate the cause by knowing its causes.

The best, simplest and best way to prevent diseases caused by viral infections is to 'boost the immune system'. Everyone should take nutritious food, clean water, regular exercise, yoga, pranayama and meditation to boost the immune system. People with high immunity find it easier to avoid diseases caused by viral infections. Inclusion of fresh fruits, milk, beans, garlic, fenugreek etc. in the diet protects against diseases.

Especially in monsoon, using garlic and ajman in the diet to prevent viral infections keeps the body healthy. The use of basil, mint, turmeric, black pepper powder etc. provides protection against monsoon diseases. In addition, wearing a mask over the mouth can also prevent infection.

Viral Conjunctivitis: -

Eye contact is one of the symptoms of the viral disease of AD. This infection occurs in many individuals at once. In this disease the eye becomes red. There is a little pain in the eye. Constantly dripping water from the eye. The infection spreads from one person to another immediately. Treatment should be started immediately with the help of a specialist as soon as the onset of eye symptoms occurs.

Treatment: -

Although viral diseases are not treated directly, they are treated according to the symptoms.

1. Take 1 teaspoon of triphala powder with water at night. This is very useful. Therefore, if a person has an eye at home, he should keep glasses on his eyes and a healthy person should wash his eyes with Triphala water and take 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder at night while sleeping.

. In order to increase the immunity, take Chyavanprash, Saptamrutloh, Jawanti Ghanvati etc. as per the advice of an expert doctor.

. Eat a simple diet. To stop yogurt, pickles.

. Soak the cloth in lukewarm water and turn it over the eyelid three-four times, which relieves the pain.

Influenza: -

The disease is spread through the respiratory tract, such as sneezing. In Ayurveda, this disease is also called cough fever.

In this disease, cold fever comes at any time, the fever lasts for a day to a week. Colds, runny nose, body aches, fatigue and loss of white blood cells. These are the symptoms of the disease.

Treatment: -

(3) Take 2 grains of black pepper and 5 to 6 leaves of mint in the morning and evening, it is good for cold and cough.

(3) To consume Sudarshan Ghanvati, Godanti Bhasma, Abhayadi Kawath etc. as per medical advice, take Tribhuvan Kirtiras 2-3 tablets with water after meal.

The simplest way to prevent any type of infection is to boost your immune system. For which a nutritious diet, adequate sleep, asanas, pranayama and positivity play a very important part, in which there are no two opinions.
