Jackie Shroff: Emotions don't change

Jackie Shroff has acted in more than 40 films in his four-decade long career and is still a very busy actor. It doesn’t have time to slow-down at any time. This artist says that I have been enjoying every new stage. He has worked in all different mediums including big screen projects and digital media with tremendous content and continues to do so today.

'There are a lot of opportunities now for people who can't find work in cinema and a lot of good projects are happening, yet the emotions haven't changed. Lots of platforms are coming. Emotions don't change, platforms keep changing, cinema halls, TVs, theaters, street places, digital .. it will all be here, 'says Jackie.

The 9-year-old actor has acted in a number of films and also in small screen projects. Web-shows like 'Criminal Justice' also enter the digital world. Now it also appears in a web show called 'The Interview ઈટ Night of 9/11'.

"There are still a lot of platforms coming up," he said, adding, "The hologram will come soon. All of these moments are coming fast. I am ready to work in it while maintaining my health. I will work on any platforms that come up, ”Jackie said.

Another thing to keep in mind is that because of his long career, he can re-engage in this work instead of sticking to one thing. "I have acted in more than 50 films and I am fortunate to have been able to do all kinds of films. Not only that, I'm not a choosy because of this I can't make films like this or play the role of a guy singing songs. I am very flexible and disciplined. I can still work long hours and I am lucky to still have a job, 'Jackie explained.

"Even though the landscape of cinema can change," Jackie agreed, "I don't like my projects myself." 'There are a lot of films that I do for my friends, some for directors, some for production houses and some for scripts. If someone comes up with a good screenplay and tells me that this screenplay is very good and will change my career. So I will definitely do that film. If someone comes up with a big banner film and assures me that this will be the best project, I will take it up immediately, 'said Jackie.

Explaining his decision-making process in more detail, Jackie added: "Usually I try to make myself feel like I'm on one foot, and when I say foot, I mean the foot of the chair. It doesn't matter who sits on the chair, but if one of the four legs is not right, the person sitting on the chair will definitely fall, 'said Jackie Shroff.
