Golden Globe-nominated actor Christopher Abbott has joined the star cast of Poor Things based on Alessder Gray's novel. Along with Abbott, the film also stars Oscar winners Emma Stone, Willem Defoe, Mark Raffaello and Remy Youssef.
Poor Things is a story of love, research and scientific adventure. The film tells the story of a young woman named Belle Baxter who is revived by an eccentric but intelligent scientist. According to the report, Abbott will play the role of a scientist. Lanthimos will direct the film while Tony McNamara will write the screenplay. Ed Ginny and Andrew Lowe will handle production work for Element Pictures with Emma and Lanthimos.

Hollywood actor Kate Beckinsale, who was admitted to a hospital in Las Vegas on September 10, has informed fans about her health on social media.
After a week of silence, Beckinsale shared a close-up photo of himself in a hospital bed on a social media post on Sunday.
