Do not oppress the body to look fashionable

- Be careful before wearing backless dress, high heel sandals, decorative contact lenses etc.

Fashionable women seem to love everyone 'saying is proving to be true today. From Champaben living in Pol or Chaal to Charulata living in a bungalow, women of all ages and classes have a desire to look fashionable. While the little girl insists on wearing short skirts, tops and sandals like Aishwarya Rai, the older Maniben is satisfied with wearing the Mangalsutra or sari like Parvati of 'Kahani Ghar Gharki'. Young women and girls imitate the fashion of movie actresses and page three celebrities.

Collegiate girls find satisfaction in wearing a backless short dress or colored lenses, high heel sandals, tattoos, pendants or goggles. Most girls are unaware of the latest fashion trends and try to look fashionable just by imitating their girlfriends. This is the reason why sometimes there is a situation of 'taking debts'.

Some fashions are considered a risk to the body so one should know about its side effects beforehand such as:

Thin-looking craze: Nowadays, thin-skinned people are everywhere. Seeing scarecrow models and slender actresses, young women are hungry to do the same. But this way, starvation leads to anorexia. Lack of food for fear of gaining weight leads to weight loss. But ailments like weakness, dizziness or fainting go home. Anorexia causes stretching of the body organs and sometimes it can be fatal.

Brani thin stripes: Nowadays thin striped bras are worn with jersey fabric t-shirts or tops. Such a bra is worn so that the bra does not stick out of the transparent fabric. But there are a few things to keep in mind when wearing such a bra. For example, if the bra straps are too tight, there will be a headache. Because a tight belt puts pressure on the muscles, it causes headaches or hand aches. This pain is not permanent but is very painful. Similarly, women with a plump waist should wear a bra with a slightly wider strap. Spaghetti straps are considered taboo for them.

Pendants and Hair Color: Pendants were fashionable in the 180's and are now back. Wearing long, dangling earrings enhances the beauty of the face. But when wearing such an earring, care should be taken to keep the hair warm. If the earring is pulled into the hairbrush, there is a risk of the ear boot being torn. And there are stitches to be taken. Similarly, nowadays it is fashionable to dye hair in colors like red, brown or golden. But extreme care should be taken before using Hercolor. The use of current company hair color can lead to hair loss, scalp inflammation, swelling, increased heart rate, eye irritation, loss of senses or depression.

High-heeled sandals: In a glamorous look, young women risk their fertility by wearing high-heeled sandals. A woman wearing five-inch heeled sandals puts pressure on her internal organs. Which is known as ‘visceroptosis’. Nowadays, from Mallika Sherawat to Pretty Zinta and Aishwarya Rai, all the actresses are seen in stilettos. But wearing sandals with medium heels for a long time causes problems in the legs, ankles and knees and also makes the back pain go away. The heel of the sandal affects every joint and muscle of the body. There is also a link between high heels and osteoarthritis of the knee, according to some researchers. If you like to wear high heels, you should wear them occasionally as much as possible.

Backless short dresses: Backless tops, short skirts and sleeveless dresses are worn to withstand the heat of summer and look fashionable. It doesn't matter if you want to stay at home or ride in an air-conditioned vehicle wearing such attire. But wearing such a dress should avoid going out in the sun. Bikini, tan tops or short skirts are fashionable in summer. But there should be information about when to wear such attire. After wearing such a dress, apply sunscreen lotion on the body and wear a wide hat. Often the heat causes blisters to appear on the neck or buttocks. And in some cases it can cause serious skin problems. So while wearing short and backless dress, apply sunblockers lotion on the body so that there are no side effects on the skin in the name of fashion.

Sunglasses: Wearing sunglasses protects the eyes from the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays and does not cause dust to get into the eyes. But fashionable looks should not wear fancy sunglasses that do not protect the eye from UV rays. We should wear goggles that can protect our most valuable eyes. Fancy sunglasses of different shades are available in the market today and they also have a few numbers so if the goggles are not worn as per the requirement of the eyes then the balance is lost or headaches occur. Sunglasses cost a lot more than some fancy and eye protection UV rays but it is wise to buy them.

Black hat: A hat should be worn to protect the head from the intense heat of the sun. But never wear a black hat. Avoid black clothes and accessories in summer. Because it is overheated. Wearing a black hat on the head keeps the heat in the head and makes you feel dizzy and hot. So wear a white, peach or yellow hat. So as not to feel the heat.

Decorative contact lenses: Ready colored contact lenses are available in the market nowadays. These lenses are dark in color and have a design on them. But these lenses can cause eye infections or even blindness. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has warned that wearing decorative lenses without an eye specialist's examination can lead to eye injury and blindness. Conjunctivitis, corneal edema, allergic reactions, corneal abrasions and vision loss can also occur, so decorative lenses with the right fitting should be worn only after consulting a doctor.

Tattoos: Our years old tradition of tattooing has become known as fashion in the western world today. Stars like David Beckham, Sanjay Dutt, Apoorva Lakhia, Aftab Shivdasani, Arjun Rampal and Mandira Bedi have also got tattoos on their bodies. But tattooing can cause problems such as infections, allergic reactions, HIV or hepatitis C. This is because a tattoo is made by inserting a dye of different color into the skin through a needle. This process only needs to be done with sterilized equipment. If hygiene is not taken care of, there is a possibility of infection or disease like HIV.

Organ mutilation: Earlier we used to pierce ears or nose. But now in the craze of looking fashionable, eyebrows, lips, cheeks or chin are also pierced. This incision in the face takes about six to eight weeks to heal. If the mucous membrane is affected in this way, the risk of infection increases. It is also worn as a small link by piercing the tongue. But for this, care should be taken not to make a hole in the veins that supply blood. Piercing the tongue can cause pain, swelling and even difficulty speaking. There is also a risk of swallowing jewelry worn on the tongue.

Many fashionable manunis also wear diamonds in the navel or hang a small link. But sometimes it takes as long as a year to heal in the incision made there. A useful tool for amputation is the risk of getting HIV, hepatitis B or tetanus if not sterile. One week after the incision, the area may become infected with bacteria or even swollen.
