Carlo Urbani was born on October 18, 1917 in Castelplanio, Italy. Her father was a teacher at the Navy School and her mother at the elementary school. Is. Urbani contracted SARS in 2006 while treating a SARS patient at a hospital in Hanoi. He returned to Bangkok but after eighteen days of treatment. He died on March 7, 2006 at the age of eight.
