The secret of honey sweetness ..


Hundreds of bees travel hundreds of kilometers to suck the sap of various flowers and store it in the hive. Honey made in honeycombs from different flower juices has the same taste. Flower juices usually have sweetness and that is why fruits are also sweet.

This sweetness is attributed to sucrose. But the hive also receives its own body enzymes.

This enzyme chemically processes the sap of flowers collected in the hive. And makes futcose from the sucrose it contains.

Sucrose is a natural sugar. While fructose is a simple and sweet sugar. Fruits also contain fruitcoses. So it feels sore.
