Kitu Gidwani doesn't look interesting on a small screen

Kitu Gidwani, who has been working in the entertainment world for three decades, knows very well which work is right for him and which work will not stop him. The actress says that she knew that she would not like to work in in-laws' serials. So I never even thought of working in it.

However, Kitu Gidwani now loves the OTT platform. After launching in the digital field from 'Fitrat' in the year 2014, Kitu started working in 'Ghost Stories' in the year 2020. And recently his family comedy 'Potlook' was released. The actress says that it has become difficult to find Marmajna comedy in today's date. But after seeing the way 'Potlook' was written, I decided to work on it.

It is worth mentioning here that Kitu has played the role of the elder woman of the family. And like his other roles, he has played this role in sports. "I act like a kid on set," says Kitu. I had to get serious in front of the camera. I didn't really want to be in debt because I had to work with other great artists.

The actress has been on TV for almost two decades. Didn't do special work on. Giving a reason for this, he says that after the year 2000, I did not get creative satisfaction in the offers I received. However, I did 'Kashish' of Ravi Rai in the year 2009. In it, adulterous relationships were woven. It was very nicely written. It can be considered as the most delicate serial on Indian television. What happens in a love triangle is beautifully presented. In my opinion, no one can write such a story with such delicacy except Ravi Rai. The show has seemed a bit unfocused in recent episodes. But it seemed to me that there should be 100 episodes. Else I was not interested in working in in-laws serials.

Kitu further says that I was able to work 12-12 hours a day. I didn't mind. But it seemed to me that the work would not be taken from us like a bullock's ox, would it? I noticed that a lot of artists were getting fired. The tiny curtain seemed to fit into a black hole. And it hasn't come out of it yet. Why does every other channel need to make in-laws serials?

The actress feels that OTT has given the artists the freedom to fly in the vast sky. Countless topics can be presented on this forum. Both the good and the bad aspects of our society can be seen in it. What could be more amazing than this for any stage?
