"Kahan chare, kahan chitte, kahan bhase, kahan saye,
Kahan bhunjanto bhasanto, papakamma na bandhai "
Why walk, get up and sit, talk, eat and drink so that sin does not bind?
God answered:
"Jay chare jayan chitte, jayan bhase, jayan saye,
Jay bhunjanto bhasanto, papakamma na bandhai "
(Walking, getting up, sitting, talking, eating and drinking or doing all the activities carefully so that sin does not bind.)
One thing to note: this awareness, this caution is a very personal mental 'state'. You cannot fit it into a definition frame. The heron's awareness is different, the earthworm's awareness is different, the eagle's awareness is different, the animal-bird's awareness is different, Be different!

For a person whom Gitaji calls "Yogabhrast", "Antarik Jayana" is very natural. Gitaji Bhakyo 'Yogabhrast' means one who has been freed from the world in Haiya in pre-birth and has attained the value of higher divine ascent, but has fallen at a weak moment. But that high seed of thought of the gene does not go away. Even after being born again, his instincts and activities take the path towards divinity.
The inner jayana is very instinctive for such yogic beings. These people can observe the movement of darkness and light in their haiya and also see the ups and downs of their instincts.
Lord Mahavira has spoken of such an 'inner jayana'.
