- The young man who has never been in the final eleven of the team played in the final and he created a miracle. Recognize this power of self-motivation and awaken the inner motivation within you
Mother's nine lives are full of joys and sorrows, ups and downs, joys and sorrows and successes and failures. I meet hundreds of people who suffer from various problems and seek guidance to get out of them and reach the pinnacle of success. Most of these people have personal insight and understanding. They know exactly how to get out of trouble and achieve success in life. Most people also know why they can't be successful or happy. In fact, they know the way to success. So who is stopping you from succeeding on that path?
The answer is 'they themselves.'
How to always be happy Why live worry free? Everyone also reads literature on how to stay mentally healthy and young forever.
Everybody knows how to exercise every morning, take time to talk intimately with friends, not to cling to old things. But you ask him if you follow all these things? So the answer will be found. 'No.' My circumstances were a little too busy. I will do everything I can from tomorrow. '
Because this call never comes. Because knowing is knowing, knowing can never be doing. A spark, an inspiration, to keep inspiring yourself. But most people do not inspire themselves and live life to the fullest. Makes mistakes. Failure is frustrating. And becomes a philosopher in frustration.
What is this philosophy?
"Philosophy is the wisdom that comes after Randaya or the wisdom that comes late."
We have all accumulated a wealth of wisdom to teach others, but we cannot learn from our experience. That is, we are in pain. Let us now resolve to inspire ourselves to become a common man from Philosophers. Let us first understand what motivation is.
Motivation or Motivation means to move us towards action .. Preparing to work is called motivation.
Motivation is an inner force that motivates you to act according to your needs.
Motivation is a force that stimulates our emotions and actions. It arouses the desire to sacrifice one's life. And pushes your thought cart forward. Motivation is an inner strength that can change your life.
Without motivation, the vehicle of life starts jerking like a punctured tire which causes various mental problems.
There are two main types of motivation. Inner motivation and external motivation.
External motivation or external motivation includes motivation that arises from fear and motivation that arises from motivation.
The following is a good example of fear motivation.
One student did not bring homework regularly to school. Teachers of different subjects explained a lot to him. Even the smallest punishment. The parents also explained it but it did not affect the student.
The principal called him to his chamber only once and said, "If you do not bring regular homework from tomorrow, I will send you home school leaving certificate." You don't even have to push the school to get it. '
From the next day he started doing regular homework quietly and everyone started asking him, what did the principal say to you that made you change so much?
He replied, 'No one has ever explained to me before the principal how important it is to do homework.'
Motivation generated by fear leads to faster completion of work and increases a person's efficiency in the short term. But in the long run it increases mental stress. Or a person does not work without a cane. His creativity is also running out.
Motivation from encouragement means that if I bring first number in the exam, I will get a bike. The star will fall among the brothers.
Certificates, medals, scholarships will be available. Employees get a salary increase as an incentive. Thus there have been successful experiments in this type of motivation to increase productivity.
But there are limits to this kind of external motivation. As long as the incentive is effective, the person will be motivated.
Imagine a donkey pulling weights with a carrot hanging in front of it. Its stimulant will be effective as long as the donkey is hungry, the carrots are salty and the cart is light.
Thus the effect of external motivation remains limited.
When intuition changes a person's thinking and does not use all his strength to achieve the goal, he will continue to work until he achieves complete success.
Internal motivation is generated in a person's eyebrows. It instills confidence in the person and motivates them to act responsibly. This kind of motivation makes a person feel that he has achieved something by achieving the goal. His self-esteem increases. Let me give you a beautiful example.
A boy on a school football team regularly came to play football. But he was always in reserve. No matter how much he practiced, his performance was never as good as in a team of eleven players. Whenever he came to practice, his father would come along and sit away and wait for him.
The boy has been missing since the first day of the inter-school football match. Four or five days passed. He did not return even in matches like quarter finals and semifinals. However, his school team won all these matches and entered the final.
Suddenly, on the day of the final match, he approached the coach and pleaded, "You have always kept me in reserve, never given me a chance to play in the team, but please let me play the final today."
The coach said, 'Son, I'm sorry I can't play you today. Because the team has better players than you. And today being the final match is a question of the school's reputation. So I don't want to take any risks. '
The boy insisted, "Sir, I promise I will not break your trust. Today I will do something that will tarnish the image of your team and the school." After doing so, he started begging with both hands.
The coach had never seen a boy with such confidence and insistence before. He said, 'Good son ... go .. match ... rum ... but remember this is a big risk I am taking. I will not break my faith, the honor of the school is in your hands. '
The game started and the boy was put to death. He used to score whenever he got the ball. He became the hero of the match. Anne's team won by a large margin.
When the match was over, the coach went to the boy and said, 'I don't know how I got such a big kick in judging your ability. I've never seen you play so well before. How did this happen? How could you play so well? '
The boy replied, "Sir, my father is watching me today."
The coach looked at the place where her father was sitting during practice. But there was no one today. The coach spoke in surprise.
"Son, when you came for practice, you used to sit in that place in front of your father, but there is no one there today."
The boy said, 'Sir, one thing I have never told you. That my father was blind. And he died just four days ago. Today, for the first time, he is watching me play football from heaven. '
The inner motivation is not only for success and victory but also for self-satisfaction and inner fulfillment. Which comes from a determination to do something. The inner motivation lasts forever. The reason is spontaneous and that is why it takes the form of self-motivation.
Neurograph:
Motivation requires faith and self-confidence. If any work is done with full confidence and responsibility, the whole attitude of the person towards it changes.
