Shailputri

Like the Himalayas, the flame of the mind in our body is the coolness of the moon. Shailputri is the goddess who brings sattvic thoughts to our mind and achieves them. She is seated holding half moon lotus and trishul.

Brahmacharini

The word Brahma means austerity. This goddess who practices austerities is Jyotirmaya and the goddess becomes emancipated by attaining siddha. Amrit like water is kept in kamandal in hand. The spray of which makes the body immortal. Akshat rosary is in hand. That is, by giving birth again and liberating life by pouring water of amrit form.

Chandraghanta

Chandraghanta is the goddess Chandraghanta who is dressed in the shape of the moon and is mounted on the moon, the best body of the earth. Worshiping him to give coolness like the moon and calmness, calmness of the mind and spread coolness. In her ten hands, Kharag and other weapons are kept. We worship this goddess on the third day.

Kushmanda

Maa Kushmanda who holds the kalash in her hand is the Mandira in the kalash. Covered with the blood of the enemy and seated in the heart as a soul, she stands holding a lotus in her hands. On the fourth day we worship the mother who created the earth in darkness when there was no sun and illuminated everything in the world, created the universe.

Skandha Mata

Enthroned, holding lotuses in both hands. Through the lotus gives a message to the human being that just as the lotus goes down deep into the mud to get its pure water and is unaffected even though its petal grows out of the mud, so in our lives Skanda means (Kartikeya's mother) Parvati to give me auspicious fruits. So we take refuge of Skanda Mata on the fifth day. Skanda Mata is the presiding deity of the solar system hence her brilliance and radiance are endowed.

Katyayani

Bright-armed, whose vehicle is the lion, and who is praised by the gods for destroying the benevolent demonic tendencies, she is praised. Sages worshiped Goddess Katyayani to destroy the demons. By worshiping Katya's mother, one gets the four fruits of Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha. This goddess is worshiped on the sixth day.

On the seventh day we worship Kalaratri. Obeisance to Kalaratri, long-lipped, long-eared, oil-smeared body, seated on a veldhari khar, bearing Javakarna flowers. The one whose left leg shines with an iron creeper, with thorn-grown hair, Krishnavali is called the terrible night, because night sleep is always auspicious in fear of fire, fear of water, fear of enemies, fear of animals, etc.

Mahagauri

Mahagauri is a white-robed, pleasing Mahadev mounted on a white bull. When Parvati's form turned black due to severe austerities, Lord Shiva bathed her in the Ganges, so her body became saffron. Meditation, remembrance, worship, worship of this Maa Gauri is beneficial. It removes all suffering and destroys falsehood.

Siddhas, Gandharvas and Yakshas, ​​Devas, Demons also serve Sadvidatri all the time. According to Markandpurana, Ahima, Mahima, Garima, Laghima, Pratti, Prakamya, Ishitva and Vashitva are thus the eight types of achievement. By worshiping Siddhidatri all these siddhis are achieved. Gopis worshiped Katya in the era of Mahabharata. Yadavas worshiped Durgama, Rukimanji worshiped Ambika.
