- Why do we again wear the mantle of mechanistic and apathetic mentality despite the plethora of festivals full of colour, dance, light, social gatherings and travel?

- If we can't laugh at each other's jokes often, why do we always feel sad remembering each other's sad events: dialogue from the movie 'Thank God'
After celebrating the festival of Diwali, now again we step into another year with renewed passion and resolve. After Labha Pancham, after a pleasant break, Karma Yoga will be undertaken. If there is only one prayer to be prayed to God, it can be this
'Lord, may my life not be a Kurukshetra but a Karma Kshetra.'
Our forefathers would be the best mathematicians and psychologists of this world. Religion, culture and science have been combined with each festival, Tithi and Vaar. No country or religion in the world has as many festivals as India. In the country of India, the new generation forgot the tradition of the festival to call itself modern and celebrated it only for sensual pleasure, due to which the new generation started getting mental illness more than the old generation. Remaining month-to-month festival, public holiday, vacation, worship, installation - dissolution, such as God's allocation according to his faith, sweets, food, group gathering, color, dance and greeting - blessing, in which country and religion of the world is the Jatra? show Festivals are a 'stress buster' therapy. Add to that our wedding tradition and its family fun. Our solitude and fasting have also created a new scripture of Pak Shastra.
It is a subject of deep psychological study why India has an increasing number of stress, depression, apathy, arrogance, hypocrisy, greed, jealousy, showmanship, manipulation, divorce and suicide despite a clean democracy and even in abundance of festivals and celebrations.
Why is the country of Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana and Upanishad in a strange, dire situation?
Let us, after Labha Pancham, now as we begin the new year in the world of karma, let us first of all resolve to live in the present and in the moment.
If you hold a glass of water weighing only 200 grams for two or five minutes, do you get pain in your arms or shoulders? Even if someone tells us to laugh at it, but if someone tells us to stand for five hours after adding this same 200 gm glass for an hour and a few hours, then we will feel dizzy, even we will get trapped in the place where we are standing. Muscle pain lasts for weeks afterwards. You must be wondering if glass is so light weight then why is this so?
Well, the reason we seem to be living with fatigue, stress and unbearable burdens in our lives is because we have been holding old forgotten things, memories and experiences like glass in our hearts for months, years. To live in the moment means to cherish the happy memories, the inspiration, but to live with the constant awareness that your present is in your hands.
Someone has gifted us with a very sweet, loving, happy life almost forever. No one else has lived in such a way that no one would have given us such kindness, yet if that person once or comparatively few times did not act according to our convenience and ego, we will forever remember only the small incidents of that person that we did not like and his nobleness. And the exemplary nature and our upliftment, happiness or spending time, money turn the broom. Can't leave that light glass till the last breath of life.
A son used to throw up and turn pale at the sight of how his father wronged him, hurled insults at him and harassed him in the name of constant discipline. A brother said, 'Well, now father has become old and calm in nature. Isn't it.. This kind of behavior is done by the elders.'
The son replied, 'My father is not alive, it has been thirty-five years since he passed away. But his behavior is not forgotten.'
Even after all these years the son can't forget the dissatisfaction, depression and forgetful behavior even after his demise. hates He does not even remember the two or four favors he owes his father. The son lives with a sting and burden in his thoughts and behavior and his family, job, business. We too find such relatives, loved ones and friends to cherish. As soon as something unexpected happens in the life of a funny person, most of them will forget what they have done and sit down to do a post mortem of their life vision and way of life. Until yesterday we were the ones to join in the fun with him.
After the burden-free present, another important resolution is to keep mentally and physically busy. Good for physical activity. Lack of work and engagement is the most important cause of depression, tension, imaginary fear, suspicion and crime, immorality and negative thoughts. Known as the 'empty mind devil's factory'. Proletarians and busy citizens tend to have less mental illness or negativity because they are constantly working for a living. A busy and active mind should consider it the greatest blessing of God. Rang Avadhoot Maharaj used to say that even if you do the activity continuously, you should do it in such a healthy way that you should also feel like you are retired. Do not even be attached to karma and retirement should be such that activity should be interwoven with it. 'Activity-to-retirement and the balance of activity-to-retirement.' Anyone in the family or with you should feel like they have it from time to time.
A consultant doctor spends a lot of time with the patient quietly discussing diagnosis and treatment in his chamber. A patient sitting outside would run out of patience. Manoman would also be angry with the doctor. There, in the eyes of the patients sitting outside, the doctor wrote on the board that everyone could see that 'as much time as you are sitting patiently, you will also be given time.' What else do you need? All the out-patients got a lot of relief and comfort. Each patient had his turn and they loved how the doctor gave him his time. Patients also realized that they became self-centered and thought only for themselves while sitting out. We like it when the happiness of others happens with us. There is no complaint. What we love should be done for others sometimes. If we don't give a chance to ourselves, how can we give happiness to a stranger? Someone gives you lunch, someone gives you rest, someone gives you time, spends money on you, then you can't say on your part that it's my turn today.. you stay on the receiving end. 'If you are loyal then I will be loyal, if you give up so much then I will give up so much' is no longer such a sentiment and a character has to be selfish in his own way which causes the relationship to strain. An imbalance is created.
In the new year, the date, the calendar, everything changes. We have to keep changing house, gadgets, vehicle, everything, one of us is the same old model. Getting a new device is seen as progress and status, ego is fed but ego is hurt in changing ourselves. This is one of the biggest reasons why the world is heterogeneous.
If we focus on these three things in the new year - health, wellness and happiness - then life is a festival. Everyone's challenges, circumstances, crowd and chaos are the same, similarly the moments of happiness are also countless, but one has complaints about life and one doesn't, to believe that the difference lies in the thinking of two people.
