Directed by Karan Johar's Ayan Mukerji, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna alongside stars like Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Apart from this, Shahrukh Khan's special appearance was also discussed.
With a budget of four hundred crores plus, the original name of the film was 'Dragon' which was later changed to 'Brahma'. Ayan Mukherjee took more than a decade to make this film from idea to release. It was shot between 2018 and 2022. It was shot in places like Bulgaria, London, New York, Edinburgh, Thailand, Manali, Mumbai, Varanasi. Now this movie can be watched at home. It looks like it will be released on Disney Plus Hotstar a day before Diwali. Get ready to enjoy it with your family.
South's successful actress Nayantara recently got married to director Vijnosh Gautam. Nayantara's real name is Diana Mariam Kurien. In a career spanning two decades, Nayantara has done more than 75 films in various South Indian languages. It has also won many awards. Netflix has shot their wedding drama. It will be presented to the audience as a fun documentary. It might be the first documentary of this kind on a star wedding that we have coming up on OTT. Earlier there were rumors that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal's wedding documentary would be on OTT, but nothing happened. There is a movie coming on Netflix called 'Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga'. It stars Vicky Kaushal's brother Sunny Kaushal along with Yami Gautam. Yami's previous OTT release 'A Thursday' was a huge success. Naturally, Yami's fans are eager to enjoy this new film. The plot of the film is also good. The story revolves around the hijacking of a plane and the twist comes when an air hostess steps in to foil the hijacker's plan. The film is directed by Ajay Singh. The release date has not been announced yet but there is a good chance that the film will hit Diwali.
'Akkad Bakkad Rafoochakkar' - the name is interesting. The plot of this web series looks interesting. The story goes that a group of friends plan to open a bank and fool people. Directed by Mandira Bedi's late husband Raj Kaushal, the new season of the series stars Vicky Arora and Anuj Rampal. You can enjoy it on Amazon Prime, after Diwali, from 3rd November.
Shemaroo Mi OTT, known for its Gujarati content, has two new products coming this Diwali. One is Yash Soni's film 'Phakt Manahan Ma'te', which also stars Amitabh Bachchan. As far as Gujarati films are concerned, this film has probably made the highest box office collection on the first day and first weekend. Yash Soni is proving to be arguably the top star of Gujarati films right now. It can be said that Prateek Gandhi has now moved beyond Gujarati films to become a super establishment in Hindi. The release date of the two has not come but it is certain that both will be enjoyed around Diwali.
Sanya Malhotra starrer 'Kathaal' is also coming to Netflix. Along with actors like Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz and Brijendra Kala. The story of the film revolves around 'Kathal' i.e. Fennel fruit. A lantern is stolen from a politician's tree and a manhunt ensues. If this funny movie cheers up everyone's mind in Diwali, then it is a success. The release date of the film has not been declared, but it is almost certain that it will be in Diwali.
The original Kannada action thriller film 'Kantara' will also be available in Hindi on OTT on Diwali or soon after, i.e. around 4th November. Mani Ratnam's hugely successful film 'PS One' i.e. 'Poniyin Selvan One' is also likely to be released in Hindi on OTT. The two films have achieved considerable success at the box office. 'PS One' has proved to be a mint. Directed by Rishabh Shetty, 'Kantara' stars him as himself, along with local actors like Achyut Kumar, Pramod Shetty and Saptami Gowda. 'Kantara' will release on Prime Video. 'PS One' will also be seen there and its release date is being announced on October 20. That means it's already on OTT by the time you're reading this.
