Because of this, the fetus is often not born as healthy as it should be after birth. Today's generation of children in the age of technology and computers are seen to be smarter and more intelligent than their age but at the same time children have more mental weaknesses than the older generation such as stubbornness, irritability, outbursts, anger, more than their age. Get. Also, as it gets slightly bigger, it becomes a tense or stressed mind. Endurance and intelligence are very lacking in today's generation of children. Even though there were no mobiles or computers in earlier times, children's brains were stress-free.

For the physical and mental development of the children, in Ayurveda, the true pregnant mother has given a beautiful understanding of how to eat and take care of the fetus in the mother's womb during the 9 months. If the pregnant mother follows the doctor's advice, she can get a healthy child both physically and mentally after nine months. Nowadays when there are 1 or 2 children in the house, it is necessary that the mother should stay pregnant or seek medical advice immediately so that she can have a healthy child both physically and mentally. And such a child will swim differently from other children in every way. But even the mother who could not take such care need not regret.

Ayurveda prescribes the best ritual called 'Suvarnaprashan' which can be performed from the birth of a child till it reaches 12 years of age. Which is an Ayurvedic ritual. It can also be called 'Brain Tonic'. 'Suvarna' means 'gold' and 'Prasan' means gold. This prashan is prepared by taking intelligence enhancing herbs like Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Vacha along with Suvarnabhasma. It increases the child's intelligence, memory and immunity. This Suvarnaprashan is beneficial for children from birth to 12 years. Children's brain and intelligence develop very rapidly up to the age of 12 years. That is why there is a saying that "Bare Buddhi, Sole Shan, Vise Van."

Due to the subtlety of gold, it spreads in every source of the children and also increases the immunity of the child. Children are mostly of kapha nature so they often get cold-cough etc. quickly. But as the immunity increases, the child gets sick less often. With Suvarnaprashan, children's brain power and memory increase, they quickly remember and understand difficult subjects and become interested in learning. It doesn't get boring. Does not get nervous and does not get scared or depressed by difficult subjects of higher standards. Regular watering improves plant growth. Ayurveda states that 'Suvarnaprashan' done properly as per the advice of a proper physician can make a child 'Srutghar' meaning 'Meghavi' which can be memorized only by hearing.

But nowadays the price of gold is skyrocketing while whether gold is actually consumed in the 'suvarnaprashan' ritual is also a bit doubtful. Therefore, instead of giving 'suvarnaprashan' to the child from the ready-made expensive bottles of suvarnaprashan, it should be insisted to give medicated prashan with gold to the children in front of the expert physician's advice according to the scriptural procedure. So that the right result can be obtained. The effect of Pushyan Nakshatra on Suvarnadhata is very high, so it is beneficial to perform Suvarnaprashan in this Nakshatra.

In today's age when a couple has 1 or 2 children it is the duty of every couple to see that the child grows up physically and mentally. For which Suvarnaprashan is the best treatment, and it is an excellent Ayurvedic ritual to be performed as per the advice of a specialist physician till the age of the child is up to 12 years.
