Maharishi: Then we see by the light of the moon. What happens when there is no sun, no moon, no constellations, a cloud-shaded dark night of Amas? Maharishi: Then we see by the light of the word. Suppose there is a huge dense forest. There is darkness all around. Nothing is visible anywhere. In such a case, a passenger has forgotten the way. Then he uses that word. 'I'm stuck in the woods. Anyone around here? Please someone guide me ! 'Then another man afar off, hearing the sound of his word, answered.' Yes, I'm here. Don't panic. move on I am standing in the way. And the man who has made those mistakes reaches another man with the help of Shabd-Jyoti. Still Janak asks further. Guruji is okay but when there is no word, then with which light can we see? Maharishi: Then finally we can see with the flame of the soul. There is darkness all around in life. When nothing is burning, only the flame of the soul seems to work. Janak: Guruji now tell me what is this soul? Maharshi: Rajan, this is an important question. listen Which is full of special knowledge. which is bursting with life and light. That which lives personally in the heart of everyone and is present in the body - is the soul.

Atma-Jyoti is present in manifest form when no natural light of any kind is available. Darkness is known to those who have experienced light. Seeing light means there are eyes. And he who can see light can also see darkness. In today's age, some vices are presented in such a dazzling way that the eyes are closed. And over time, vices take the place of virtues. These vices are deadly like a violent tiger. So, seeing the glittering teeth of a tiger, don't think that it is smiling at us. We need the telescope of introspection to see the quality of our lives. Cannot be seen directly in front of the sun. It can be looked at by placing the mesh of the lamp on the glass. It means that darkness has to be kept in between even to see the divine light. Virtue is seen only by those who see through the darkness of vice. The human retina has a sixth sense through which the eyes can detect darkness. Virtues are always overshadowed by vices.

Rodan was a great sculptor. He was also a psychologist who knew the mind. When someone came to him with confusing questions of life, he used to say: Brother, first learn to see properly! What can we learn from it! Seeing that everyone can do it! But then he used to say: 'When I see a big stone, I see not only the stone but also the special shape hidden in the stone. Then I gradually remove the useless material covering the shape with a chisel. And thus a beautiful piece of art is carved out of it as soon as the useless part comes out. (Na pashyati hi janmandho, kamandho naiva pashyati) He who is blind by birth, blinded by lusts and drunkenly intoxicated cannot see the truth. Because there is hunger in their eyes. And those whose eyes are hungry are never satisfied. And that's why a person can judge someone's feelings by looking at their eyes. Because the eyes reflect the character.

(Mansi vyakule chakshu pasyannapi na pashyati) When the mind is disturbed, it cannot see even though it sees all the (evils). It's easy to look good. Being virtuous is hard. However, if the inner eye is opened and the truth comes into view, the joy of it is rare.

Beliefs of the past come up every time and do not allow us to see the truth of the present. Any guna needs to be kept in the cage of belief and given a sky where it can spread its wings and fly. A candle of understanding is enough to light the lamp if life is darkened by any kind of foolish tendencies. There is a need for understanding eyes that recognize the darkness surrounded by such tendencies! Which God has given to everyone.
