You can do face yoga sitting in the car, in front of the office or desktop or anywhere else. It takes only 15-20 minutes a day. You can also do this yoga 6 times a week. Just as the body needs exercise to stay healthy and young, facial muscles also need exercise to keep the facial skin tight.
You can also practice face yoga to remove age marks and keep your face stress-free due to stress, difficulty, anxiety, anger and facial expressions that change every moment.

All face yoga exercises increase blood circulation in the face. The skin gets more oxygen and nutrition. This way the skin will look healthy and glowing as well as young.
1. Laughing out loud face
Sit straight on the floor, open and laugh loudly. Place the index fingers of both hands under the cheekbones while smiling. Lift the cheeks upwards by providing support. Stay in this position for 5-10 seconds. Do this 20 times. It tones up the cheeks.
2. Mouth Exercise
Sit in a relaxed posture. Exhale and inflate the right cheek, then inflate the left cheek. Do this on both sides alternately. Do this process 20 times on both sides. It will not cause wrinkles in the cheeks.
3. Smiling fish face
Sit in a relaxed posture. Make the face look like a fish. For this pull the lips inwards. The cheeks will also feel tight. Try to smile in this pose. It tones up all the facial muscles. Do it 20 times.
4. Marjari Asana
Sit in Vajrasana posture. Bring hands past your knees. Lift the hips up and keep the weight of the body on the hands and knees. Keep the balance. Take a deep breath and open the mouth to stick out the tongue as much as possible and exhale forcefully with the eyes upward. Do this process 5-7 times. It will make the face smooth and shiny.
5. Inverted Pose
Stand straight with legs apart. Inhale and bend forward as much as possible. Support by placing the thumb and forefinger of both hands on the cheek bone. Stay in this position for 5-10 seconds. It increases the blood circulation towards the face and makes the skin healthy and glowing. Do it 10 times.
