Bitter gourd is very beneficial for our health, but the mother shown in the ad immediately gave them an alternative to Bitter gourd. He did not say that karela is healthy. It benefits our body a lot. And seeing such advertisements, children will not even be ready to taste the taste of bitter gourd. As soon as they heard the name Karela, they would gag. Of course, this was an advertisement. But since it has a direct impact on babies, it is better that mothers explain the benefits of a healthy diet to them. And give the same feeding habit from childhood. But modern mothers don't have that much patience or time. So they try to please them by giving them fast food.
This is the only example. In fact, in the past few years, unhealthy diets have led to an increase in the number of obese children who are gifted with a host of age-related diseases. Also, nowadays children sit at home with mobile phones and other devices. They don't go out and play. As a result, the food they consume is converted into fat and makes them obese. Sometimes, if the babies are very hungry, mothers give them more milk to drink. When it is necessary to take a certain amount of milk or food for children. Instead of feeding them too much all at once, give them small amounts of food and drink at intervals of a few hours. Such habits from childhood will save them from obesity in future.
