- Sukhalal said, 'Son, if you do all the work of the farm this year equally, then next year I will give the whole farm in your name.'

A nice little village called Rangapur. Surrounded by fields on all sides, this village is very picturesque. The true beauty of nature resided here. The people of the village are very hard working, friendly and humble. Sarpanch of the village was Sukhlal. He is also very wise, with any kind of hard work. He made many efforts to develop the village. Thus, Rangpur village was slowly progressing on the path of development.
Sarpanch Sukhlal strongly believed in unity. He believed that strength lies in unity and not in isolation. Sukhlal's family consisted of his wife and one son, Bhupesh. The people of the village used to call him Bhupo.
Sarpanch Sukhlal, who was wise, hardworking and sociable, had the opposite qualities in this Bhupa. He always talks casually with anyone, doesn't like to work hard, and does whatever he does alone. He does not like to partner with anyone.
Suhlal was always worried about such traits of Bhupa. He used to lose sleep thinking and thinking about when the good rites will come to Bhupa. They wonder if Bhupo will stay like this forever, if he stays like this forever then he will make his name bad as well as the name of the village. Sometimes Sukhlal would also try to bring Bhupa to the right path.
It's about a day. Sukhalal devised a trick to bring Bhupa to the right path. He first called Bhupa and said, 'Jo Bhupa, you have a job to do. Our farm is very big and this time farm laborers are also very less. Hence you have to work more in the field. say you will?'
At first Bhupa was reluctant. Then Sukhalal told him, 'Son, if you do all the work of the farm this year equally, then next year I will give the whole farm in your name.' Hearing this from his father, Bhupa was immediately tempted and he immediately agreed.
The next day Bhupo got up early in the morning and reached the farm. First he looked around. The farm was very big. He saw that even the farm laborers had come to work. Bhupo began to think, 'If I work with so many labourers, father will not see my hard work. Rather than that, if I divide this farm into two parts, in one part farm laborers work and in the other part I work alone, then my hard work will be seen. Thus, seeing my hard work, father may name the farm along with the house in my name...'
Temptation was gradually increasing in Bhupa's mind. Before starting the work he called all the laborers and said, 'From today this field is divided into two parts. In one part I will work alone and in the other part you have to work.'
The laborers were surprised. They said together, 'Sir, how can you do the work alone? The work of the farm should not be done alone, doing it together will be done quickly and time will also be saved.' But Bhupo did not become two of one. Bhupa ignored everyone's words. On this side, what Sukhlal had feared happened, but he too remained silent, thinking that his trick was slowly working.
Thus on one side farm laborers started working and on the other side Bhupo worked alone. The work of the laborers would be completed early and the laborers would not feel tired. When Bhupa's work would finish late and he would get tired and lethargic.
Bhupo used to single-handedly plow the land in the field, then sow the seeds, then irrigate it, water it, clean it, spray it with medicine, then harvest it. Thus he used to do all the work alone. On the other hand, the laborers used to work smoothly. As a result, his work was completed on time. While none of Bhupa's work was done on time.
Tillage, sowing of seeds, irrigation, spraying of medicine, harvesting of crops etc. remained incomplete. As a result, his field either did not produce any crops or remained unharvested. Thus, instead of benefiting, there was a loss.
Bhupo was disappointed and came to father. Sukhalal placed his hand on Bhupa's head and said, 'You see, my son, nothing can be done alone. Time and money are also saved when Zaza is working with his hands. This is why it is called Zaza Hath Rlidiamana.'
Bhupa realized his mistake. He realized that the joy in being together is not in being alone. Now he started working in the fields. On this side Sukhlal's trick worked and his anxiety also disappeared.
