9/11. As soon as you read this date, a fear starts to arise. Two tall buildings in New York and two planes colliding with them, Osama bin Laden, George Bush seem to go through the memory lane. We feel fear because our perception of this date is wrong. When the name of 9/11 is mentioned, the sound of the explosion hits our ears to such an extent that we do not hear the Amritvani of Swami Vivekananda, who brought the message of world peace and eternal civilization of Hinduism to the western soil on the same date. On the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on January 12, let us dive into the sea of nectar presented by him through various articles, talks, letters, lectures...

What can men like Locha do, with no strength in the body, no enthusiasm in the heart and no originality in the mind? I want to fulfill my life by igniting them. I have dedicated my life to this work.

O divine souls on this earth! Why can you be called a sinner? To call a man a sinner is a sin—a permanent accusation against humanity: O lions! Stand up from the trap that you are sheep. You are the immortal soul, you are blessed, you are infinite, you are not material objects, you are not just the body, material objects are your slaves, you are not the slave of material objects.

We proclaim to each and every soul - Arise, awake and reach the goal without stopping. Shake off the skin of this weakness. There is literally no lean. Atman is eternal, omnipotent and omniscient. So stand up, assert your rights, don't deny them. There was an excess of lethargy, an excess of weakness, an excess of weakness in our people and it is still present. Hey, modern Hindus! You snort. The way out is found in your own scriptures.

If a person thinks day and night that I am sad, depressed, I am nothing, then the same will happen. If you say, 'I am, I am', you will become strong and if you say, 'I am nothing', you will become nothing. This is a very important fact that you should remember.

This self-belief was in the distance of our ancestors. The driving force of this self-belief propelled him forward in the march of civilization. In which the degradation has started since our people lost this self-confidence. Losing self-confidence means losing faith in God.

If a man cheats others for money, you say he is a fool and a swindler. So if a man wants to deceive others in the name of spirituality, how much greater is his evil? It is evil beyond measure. The only test of truth is that it makes you powerful and free from delusion. Be strong, get over the hump and be free!

One word occurs frequently in the Vedas, 'Nirbhayata'. Don't be afraid of anything. Fear is a sign of weakness. Regardless of whether the world mocks or scorns, one should do his duty. Why assume you're a weak little worm? By saying 'we are weak, we are weak' we become weak. Not getting better. Suppose we put out the lamp, close the window and shout, 'The room is dark, it is dark'? Think of that stupidity! If I am in the dark, I should light a lamp. But how strange is the nature of man! The awareness that there is a purpose behind one's life, however eternal, people are of the devil, of darkness and

The thought of a lie does more! Even if you show them the truth, they do not see it. People like dark more.

The single greatest question that Vedanta asks is this, why do people fear so much? The answer is that they have made themselves helpless and dependent. We are all so lazy that we don't want to do anything for ourselves. We need a personal God, a savior or a prophet who can do everything for us.

Fear is the first thing that one who wants to become enlightened has to give up. Fear is one of our biggest enemies. Second, you should not believe something until you know it yourself. The meditation of the Jnani is of two kinds, 1) Rejection and renunciation by thought of what is not ours. 2) Emphasis on the One Sat, Chit and Ananda form of Atma that we really are. A true intellectual must fearlessly pursue logic to the furthest limits of his reasoning power.

Do not add your weakness to the evil that is to come. This is all I have to say to the world. Be 'strong'. You talk about ghosts and ghosts. We are living ghosts. Strength and growth are signs of vitality. Weakness is a sign of death. If death is inevitable, is it not better to die like a hero than to live like wood or stone? It is better to die than to be cut down, especially to do any good to others!

What we need in our country right now is not so much crying, but some strength. When man stands on his feet, knowing that I am the impersonal power, think what great store of power this impersonal God must have filled?

Empower your children from childhood. Don't teach them weakness. Don't teach rituals. But make them stronger. Make them courageous, all-conquering, all-bearing to stand on their own feet. First let them learn about the glory of the Spirit. You will find that thing only in Vedanta, nowhere else.

As a human being is more great, more and more severe tests have to be passed through. His life is proved to be true by the test of practical life.

Even if you have faith in the thirty-three crore gods of your Puranas, even if you have faith in all the gods that the foreigners have repeatedly instilled in you, if you have no faith in yourself, there is no salvation for you. Believe in yourself, we need it right now. What is the reason that any handful of foreigners who like to trample the bleeding bodies on our floor have been ruling over thirty-three crore people for the last one thousand years? Because they had faith in themselves, we didn't. What did I learn by going to the West? I saw there that in the national heart of the Europe-America bay lies the mighty power of human self-belief. We have lost self-confidence. Ancient religions called those who do not believe in God as atheists, new religions say that those who do not believe in themselves are atheists.

In spite of the greatness of the Upanishads, in spite of our boasting of being the descendants of Shias, compared to many other nations, I must tell you that we are weak. At least one-third of our suffering is rooted in our physical weakness. We are lazy, we cannot work. First of all our youth should be strong. Religion will come later, my young friends! Be strong, that's my advice to you. Playing football will get you closer to heaven than studying Gita. These words are harsh, but I have to tell you because I love you. If your jaw-muscles are a little stronger, you will be able to understand the Gita better. Brain and muscles should develop together. The combination of iron muscles and brilliant intellect will make the whole world fall at your feet.

Feeling helpless is a terrible mistake. Don't ask anyone for help. We are our own helpers. We are our own helpers. If we cannot help ourselves, no one else will help us.

What our country needs now are muscles of iron and nerves of steel. We need an overwhelming willpower that no one can face, to penetrate the mysteries and mysteries of the world, and to reach the bottom of the ocean and face death, to fulfill our purpose.
