* There are three types of fibroid tumors. 75% of fibroids are intramural, i.e. they grow inside the walls of the uterus. This causes problems such as irregular menstruation, excessive menstruation and severe pain during menstruation.

The tumor itself does not do all this. But along with this, when there is a change in the ovaries as well, the hormonal imbalance gives rise to such transformative symptoms.

* The probability of submucous fibroid is 15 percent. If it grows inside the uterus and even enters its cavity, menstruation continues for several days. If a woman bleeds for 4-5 days during menstruation and if she gets this type of fibroid, then menstruation comes for 8-10 days, so the woman's body becomes deficient in blood. The uterus does not contract, so the pain during menstruation is also severe. Some older women may also have bloody discharge from the vagina. In such a situation, the possibility of cancer increases.

* The third type of fibroid is subserous, it develops on the upper surface of the uterus and continues to grow for years until symptoms appear. This tumor lies in the stomach like a broken coconut tumor. In simple language it is called a rolling knot. Gradually it adheres to the intestines and starts oozing blood from it.

Submucous fibroids can cause frequent miscarriages and infertility. Occasionally a subserous fibroid of the uterus begins to press on the urinary bag. So the woman often has trouble urinating. Fibroids often develop in the broad ligament next to the uterus. It then puts pressure on the urine-carrying tubes and causes obstruction, enlarging the kidney or bladder, causing kidney damage.

Women who have had fewer children are more likely to develop fibroid tumors. That is why the cases of tumor have increased nowadays due to family planning.

Often the tumor creates such a situation that if it becomes pendulous and its adhesions block the blood vessels, the patient experiences excruciating pain. If a type of change known as red degeneration occurs in the fibroid, then there is no other solution other than surgery. Abortion
