Fast food is not responsible for the rise of obesity. Mobile can also be the cause of weight gain. According to a recent research, those who spend more than 5 hours on mobile all day have a 43 percent higher risk of weight gain. The reason for the discovery is to engage in mobile and not to do physical activity.

The search included 1000 students. The research, conducted between June and December 2018, revealed that overuse of the phone and the consumption of sweet drinks, fast food, people do not do physical labor and this causes them problems such as lack of sleep, poor metabolism and consequently their weight gain.

Investigator and cardiologist Dr. Doe says during the search, the phone in the hands of people is the main cause of deterioration in health. Increasing obesity also increases the risk of heart disease. Over 25% of the students included in the search were overweight and spent more than 5 hours on the phone each day. According to the invention, people who are busy with phones cannot control themselves when fast food is provided.
