Messaging app Whatsapp is testing a feature that is going to prove beneficial to users. Some people use Whatsapp Web. If this feature becomes factual after testing, the biggest benefit will be to the users who use Whatsapp on the computer.
Right now you have to keep Whatsapp active in mobile to use Whatsapp Web and also need internet in mobile but after this feature you can use Whatsapp web without internet on mobile. If mobile is off you can still use WhatsApp computer.
In the future, WhatsApp may also have a feature that can use WhatsApp on multiple devices at the same time. There is currently no such feature and WhatsApp can be used on only one smartphone.
WhatsApp is a multi-platform feature launcher. The website that monitors WhatsApp is called WABetainfo. WhatsApp is also working on a feature called UWP. A multi-platform feature may be offered within the Universal Windows Platform (UWP).
