The Indian is at the forefront of getting enough sleep at night. Saudi Arabia and China are named after India. There are many people in India who sleep best. The survey reveals this. In a report, more than 11 thousand people aged 18 years and over from 12 countries were surveyed to find out. The survey found that 62% of adults worldwide believe that they do not get good sleep at night when they sleep.
The worst case scenario for insomnia is in South Korea, followed by Japan. The world's adults sleep an average of 6.8 hours of sleep a night during the week. When on holiday they get 7.8 hours of sleep. The survey found that 6 out of 10 adults sleep more on holidays to complete eight hours of sleep per day.
Four in 10 say their sleep has been impaired in the last five years. However, 26% say they get better sleep. While 31 percent say their sleep habits have not been changed. According to the report, people in Canada and Singapore have the worst sleep problems.
