Women need more nutritious diet than men to stay fit

One research has come up with interesting findings. Research in the US has found that women need more nutritious diet than men to be emotionally healthy. Most have found that women and men have gaps in their brain structures and functions, which increase their chances of developing a mental illness. But very few people pay attention to dietary patterns.

The survey was conducted on 563 people through social media. Studies show that men are more likely to be mentally healthy unless they have nutritional deficiencies. On the other hand, women are more likely to be healthy when they are not nutritionally deficient. Women need to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This earlier research also found that women are more likely to have mental illness than men.

The important thing to know from this survey is that women need more nutrients than men to maintain their mood. That is, women are twice as likely to have anxiety and stress than men. This condition may be for a long time. Their nutritional intake is very low which influences the structure and function of the brain.

The findings also show that the physical responsibilities of women and men also vary. So they need different types of food. Therefore, it is important for women to understand that a maximum nutritional diet should be included in the diet for the brain to function well.
