Yogasan to control BP

As a lifestyle changes, man also faces various ailments. Blood pressure is the most common condition seen in modern-day patients. These patients have to take almost lifetime medications to keep them under control. However, problems can also be overcome with yoga.


Under normal circumstances the blood flow is between 120/80 to 140/90. If this blood flow increases then the person becomes HBP.
