Ginger for stomach disease

If there is cough, cold, sore throat, ginger should be taken with ghee or honey. In case of headaches, drink ginger juice with honey and basil juice. Ginger with honey removes the phlegm.

Ginger tea

Combine five grains of ginger and black pepper and drink the tea prepared in the cold environment.
