Excessive sleep affects memory, this damage to the brain

Many researches have found Alzheimer's disease to be linked to reduced sleep. But according to a new finding, excessive sleep has been found to have a bad effect on memory. During the discovery, scientists found that the sleep and sleep skills of a person who sleeps for nine hours or more are reduced. It also increases the risk of people who sleep for 6 hours.

According to research, seven or eight hours of sleep is considered the best. Such sleep can reduce the risk of impacting memory. According to the researchers, if a person has a disorder or disease in his brain, he gets more sleep. The search included 5247 people from Spain. These people ranged in age from 45 to 75 years. It also included people from Chicago, Miami, San Diego, New York.

During this search people's attention, memory, language and mental health and changes in them were observed. Scientists have discovered that excessive sleep can cause brain damage. It is also known as White Matter Hyper Intensity. The damage also affects blood flow to the brain. The white spots seen in MRI increase the rate of depression and stroke. At the end of the search, experts said that both sleep apnea and excessive sleepiness were dangerous to health. Both of these conditions are responsible for Alzheimer's and depression.
