Way
First, wash the chilli and shimla chillies and cut some in between to remove their seeds. Heat the water in a pan over medium heat. Add chilli to this boiling water and keep it for 1 minute. Then rinse it with cold water. Now in a pot, combine the spices including paneer, parsley, black pepper and white pepper powder, salt. In another bowl take chickpea flour and add water to it and prepare paste. Heat the oil in a pan. Now fill the prepared cheese stuffing with boiled chillies in water and dip this chilli in a paste of chickpea flour and fry it in warm oil in a crumbs of bread crumbs.
