On Holi we all make many kinds of sweets. Also, if a sticky dish is found with the dessert, the aroma of gold is mixed. So let's tell you about one such crisp and tasty recipe.

Hemp - 2 cups
Baking soda - half a teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil - 5 tablespoons
For the filling
Half pulses - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green chili - 1
Cashew nuts - 6 to 8 nos
Raisins - 1 tsp
Oil - to fry
Hing - a pinch
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - half a teaspoon
Cayenne powder - 1 tsp
Whisk - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - half a teaspoon
Salt according to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Way
Add flour, salt and soda and stir. Add oil wax to it and keep the flour on the side. Now take the crumbled pudding pc to prepare the filling. Now put oil in a pan and add lentils, ginger, green chillies, hing, coriander powder, cumin powder, cayenne, green chillies, cashew nuts and raisins. Everything is just fine, so take it off the gas and cool it.
Now weave the whole lot from the previously constructed flour and make this stuffed quiche in it. Make all the quiche and slowly fry it in the oil. Fry the crust until golden brown and then serve with the palm sieve, yogurt.
