Eat salad before eating
Salads have the most fiber. That is why you should eat salads before eating. If you eat salad an hour before meals, you will feel less hungry, so you will eat less bread or rice. This way your carbs will be low in your diet and your weight will be in control.
Salt not to be added to the salad
Most people eat it by making the salad full of spices. But do not do so. Do not use salt in salads. Add pepper powder and Sindhu salt only to it. Salads benefit more from eating before dinner.
Fruit salads to eat on the day
Fruit salads are damaged by eating at night. Fruit salad should always be eaten during the day. Eating fruit salads at night raises sugar levels. When you eat a fruity salad, add a little salt to it.
Do not eat mayonnaise or cheese with salads
Salads should be eaten without mayonnaise or cheese. Adding these two items to the salad destroys its nutrients and does not benefit the benefits of eating salads.
