Eat oats daily if you are at risk of brain stroke

Oats are very popular nowadays. They are available in many different flavors in the market. Oats are considered to be very beneficial for health. But did you know that eating oats regularly for breakfast reduces the risk of brain stroke? One research has shown that oats reduce the risk of brain stroke. That is, oats are more beneficial than eating things like white bread, eggs and yogurt for breakfast

Researchers who conducted this study studied 55,000 adults in Denmark. Who had an average age of 55 years. These people involved in the study had no prior stroke problems in the brain. Initially, these people were served eggs, white bread, 1 yogurt for breakfast. After which he was given regular oats.

During the survey, 2,260 people had a brain stroke, but those who ate oats instead of white bread saw a risk of brain stroke as low as four percent. It was concluded that people would be less prone to brain stroke if they consumed more oats for breakfast than white bread or other items.

Consuming regular oats reduces the amount of cholesterol in the body. Cholesterol is a major factor in stroke. A stroke occurs when the blood does not reach the brain or the arteries that supply the blood stop. Cholesterol levels can begin to decrease if oats are taken regularly.
