According to a study published in the Journal of Neurology, obese women are at an increased risk of dementia by 21 percent compared to women with a BMI. 2.1% of the 177,991 women included in the study or 3,948 of obese women were found to have dementia. Dementia was linked to obesity in this study. Researchers who studied the study believed that the risk of dementia could easily be reduced if obesity was controlled over time.

Weight loss measures

1- Eat a balanced diet
