Even the best ideas and good works are like the seeds of a farmer. It has to be done properly, intelligently, and smartly. Otherwise the sparrows are sown, pressed under stone and rock, stuck in thorns, dried in sand gravel.
'The farmer used to throw seed out of his hand.' Jesus Christ was telling the story, people were listening intently.
'There was a seed basket in the hands of a farmer. From the basket he would take the seed, lay it on the ground and move on. '
Jesus proceeded to speak.
He says: 'The farmer can go on and on, without breaking the seed. The bus goes away Go ahead. '
People asked: 'Birds rushing to see the seed in such a way, the other birds that were out of it were picked.
"Then ...?" The impatience of the people increased.
'Other seeds fell under stones and rock. The plants that grow out of the seed are suppressed by the rock. '
"Then ...?" The eagerness of the listener was not beyond.
'Others fell into thorns and mixed with some useless plants. Some also fell on dry, deserted and gravel ground and went into the naka. '
What is the audience's impatience to ask?
Jesus says: 'Only a few of them fell to the land they were cultivating. Cool, lush, soft, wet soils from the seeds that grew in the soil sprouted. On top of it the weighty stalks of food began to swell and the farmer got food from it. '
The audience still didn't.
Jesus laughed deeply and said: 'Good thoughts and good deeds are like the seeds of a farmer. It has to be done properly, intelligently, and smartly. Otherwise the sparrows are sown, pressed under stone and rock, stuck in thorns, dried in sand gravel. The seeds of goodness should also be found in soft, porous, wet, clay soils.
People woke up just as the food was full of food that they heard about Jesus.
