Did the workers walk into the lockdown and return to their hometowns with chemicals?

A video has been circulating in the media in which some people are sitting on the road, the video of them being sprayed with drugs or chemicals has gone viral. The man in this video also appears to be shrieking. Close all your eyes, even the little boys shut their eyes.

However, a single officer clarified that all was needed to clean up and the crowd was large and this had to be done. Watching this video and photo that transcends all boundaries of humanity, people are blaming this behavior. The laborers are not a cattle or crop grown in the field, so they cannot be sprayed in this way. The intention is to be good but to humiliate a man in this way.

Workers disputing viral videos have been ordered to take action against those who adopt this method of sanitizing. Since the photo is believed to be from a place in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi has requested not to be intimidated by sharing this photo. In the wake of lock-down in the country, people who are paying daily wages are returning to their homeland. Apart from the private and public transport of people down the railway wheels, there is no way for the laborers to stay home for days.
