In the epic Ramayana composed on the life of Lord Ram and Hanumanji, Hanuman is said to be a great devotee of Lord Ram. In the Puranas, Bajrangbali is described as the 11th incarnation of Rudravatar, the Bhole Nath. Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated as his birthday. Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated twice a year. The first Jayanti is celebrated on the full moon of Chaitra month and Hanuman Jayanti is also celebrated on the Nark Chaturdashi one day before Deepavali in the second Kartik month. Hanuman's mother's name was Anjana. Who was a beautiful young woman in pre-birth. Anjana, who was the apsara of Brahma Loka, was cursed by the sage for being born in a monkey avatar. According to the curse, the day when Anjana falls in love with someone, she will become a monkey. Anjana fell in love with Wanaraj Kesari and the two were married. However, in his house, Hanumanji was born as the son of Lord Shiva's Rudravatar.

Bajrang Bali's father Kesari was king of Kapi region. Kapital was a major part of the Kuru Empire. Haryana's Kaithal was formerly part of Karnal district. This kettle was the first cupboard. There are also religious beliefs that Hanumanji was born in Anjan village in Gumla district of Jharkhand state. In Anjan village, mother Anjani lived and Ram Bharat Hanuman was born on the hill here. Devotees here worship Mahavir Hanuman even today.

Pampasarovar is a mythical place in Mysore. The village and Gundi, near Hampi, are considered to be the Kishkindha of the Ramayana period. On crossing the river Tungabhadra, there is a Pampasarovar on the road. There was a shabari living in a cottage here. There was a monastery of Matang Rishi and it is said that Bajrangbali was born in this monastery.
