Man has always wanted to live a hundred years. Keep doing good deeds. Don’t keep the mind empty. Have someone do some activity at leisure. Don't think of the past and don't think of the future. Just think of today. Sing a song, keep smiling, keep smiling in your mind without a voice. And keep writing if hands are working. Experience knowledge and word and help with household chores if not considered educated. Get rid of the assumption that you are old.

Don't worry if you get 8 to 8 hours of sleep at night, sleep decreases in old age. Keep moving around in the morning and evening, keep busy with other activities. Keep moving, exercise, sleep will be better with fatigue. If resting doesn't make you sleepy, pay attention to your breathing. The abdomen swells first when inhaling, then the chest, then the chest shrinks after exhaling. This is a complete yoga.

As soon as you wake up in the morning, drink 2 to 3 glasses of water in a copper pot at night. And keep drinking a little bit of water throughout the day when you feel thirsty.

When you sleep at night, press your fingers and toes 15 to 20 times by yourself, get up and sit down, do some exercise, you can live longer and you can stay healthy. Keep up the good work you do every morning. Then in the morning go for a walk in a forest or open space.

Make it a habit to drink water one hour before and one hour after a meal. Never drink cold water. Japanese people drink hot water every day. Drinking hot water kills the germs and germs inside it and you can drink very clean water. If you feel hungry within 3 to 5 o'clock, eat fruit.

Do not consume any other fried food. The four actions of our life are important. Sleep, defecation, bath and food play an important role in these four actions. Meals at night should be light and digestible. Make that meal before sunset. Must brush after meals. By making a determination on oneself, a human being can change his body and he can live for 100 years. Which depends on one's self-confidence. Stay away from negative thoughts. Always do good deeds.
