Caution! The feet of the Lord are wet!

Congratulations! Beware! The feet of the Lord are wet. Extreme levels of flood danger were announced in Chengdu at any time ... Radio, TV and other media were constantly roaring. Residents of Chengdu town were preparing for the floods in their own way. Traps on the ground floor were moving upstairs, the army had reached low-lying areas and was evacuating people to safety. The most important thing in all this is God's footsteps!

Today, the whole world is talking about China, which is notorious for the Corona virus. In the last few years, China has been so tainted by the world media that very few people have paid attention to what is being said here. Perhaps the Buddhists of India are aware of this. The tallest statue of Lord Gautam Buddha is in Chengdu, China.

The statue is said to have been carved out of a single mountain in the 7th-8th century AD. The statue is carved in red stone, known as sandstone, at the confluence of the rivers Minjiang, Qingyi and Dadu (Chinese pronunciation may be different) in the south of China's Sichuan Province. The statue buses are thirty-three feet high. It also has a lot of glory because it is ancient. The waters of Meen and Dadu rivers flow near it. Chinese historians say that when the blue of the rivers reaches the ankles of this statue, it is understood that floods are coming in Chengdu.

In the year 2030, hurricanes and rains have caused havoc in almost all countries of the world. Ther ther ther catastrophic floods have come. If China is limited enough, for the first time in the last seventy-five years, the feet of Lord Buddha were submerged in water, so the residents of Chengdu were immediately warned to be careful. The last such floods occurred in Chengdu in the 180's. Thus, the statue is located at a very high place above the water level, but when its foot sinks, the local people and the administration automatically become savvy. This place is a favorite destination of tourists from all over the world.

Buddhists consider themselves lucky to be able to see the statue once, just as Muslims with the convenience of money go on a pilgrimage to Mecca-Madi once in a lifetime. Hundreds of mechanical boats, known as cruises, bring tourists here to see the statue, which was built about thirteen years ago.

Have. Even when the flood warning was issued last fortnight, two hundred and fifty tourists were present despite the odd season. The Chinese army rescued them and moved them to a safe place. A number of cruises are available daily from the Yangtze River to this confluence.

Chengdu's current situation is similar to that of metropolitan Mumbai. With a population of over one and a half crore, the civic amenities in this metropolis are in a state of disrepair. Many families will starve to death if the Sangam coast is closed due to heavy rains and floods. However the truth never comes out as China has strict controls on the media. Authorities in Sichuan Province had to declare a state of emergency due to the floods.

This statue of Lord Buddha known as Maitreya has been surviving in various seasons for thirteen thirteen years. Even though it is made of a single rock, it has a unique sattvic beauty. This is especially important in the history of Buddhism.

Many Buddhists were stunned when jihadi militants tore down a carved Buddhist statue in the mountains of Bamiyan (Afghanistan) in 2001, and many spent days fasting and praying in the shock.

There are many other things to know about the Buddhist statue of Chengdu. UNESCO has added it to the list of World Heritage Sites. However, it is important to thank the Chinese rulers for the fact that the statue has been preserved since its inception. There is no encroachment around it. Around 215 AD, a Buddhist monk named Hai Tong created this mountain Buddhist by collecting donations from the people. No matter how much rain falls in Uparvas, everything flows following the arrangement arranged inside the body of Lord Buddha. Thirteen years later, this drainage system still works uninterrupted.

Before we finish talking about the statue, we need a glimpse of its huge personality. 1,091 hairs have been carved in stone in the form of curly hair on the head of God. The head is 3 feet high and 4 feet wide. His shoulders are 3 feet wide. The fingers are on average twenty five to six feet long. Both the ears are about the size of Ganapatibappa i.e. about 6 feet. Let's not be too long and in a nutshell, his toenails are big enough to fit easily like wrestler Dara Singh. Those who have seen it once in a lifetime believe that their life has become meaningful.
